YOUTUBE star Yung Filly may be forced to spend the next two years in Australia as he awaits a trial over rape allegations.
Cops investigating claims against Filly, 29, are starting to build up a case after they charged the UK rapper earlier this month – with the timeline of the alleged hotel attack now being revealed.

The 20-year-old woman who made a formal complaint to Western Australian cops over Filly is said to have been partying at the Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 27, according to court documents.
Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was the guest performer at the same club on that evening.
The university student was with a friend in the VIP section until the early hours of the following day.
She was said to have been drinking throughout the night, say the court docs.
Once Filly had stopped performing and the club started to close the young woman is believed to have met up with the social media star.
The pair are then believed to have gone back to a hotel room together.
The alleged victim then claims she was sexually assaulted and raped inside the room on September 28.
The woman phoned her friend at around 5:31am – which detectives believe was immediately afterwards the alleged assault, according to the Perth Magistrates Court docs seen by MailOnline.
Seamus Rafferty, the man acting as Yung Filly‘s lawyer, claims that the woman doesn’t mention any form of sexual misconduct in the short conversation.
WA officers launched an investigation into the allegations after the alleged victim made a complaint.
They later charged Filly with four counts of rape, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of impeding the woman’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to her neck.
Prosecutors say they have an “extremely strong” case including CCTV footage that confirms Filly was with the alleged victim.
The court heard that the 20-year-old woman was seen leaving a venue with Filly as investigators try to pinpoint the exact location.
Initial reports say it was filmed on the same night meaning it is likely to be outside the Bar1 Nightclub.
Additional footage goes on to show the woman leaving another building alone which may be the hotel where the alleged offences took place.
WA Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro says despite the video, figuring out “what happened within that room will be the issue”.
He does claims prosecutors have photographs of the alleged victim which show a “history of what we say is violent acts”.
Mr Depetro told a court that “no ordinary person could consent” to what the images allegedly show.
The prosecutor also claims that another witness is being actively looked at by police.
Filly was charged with the eight serious counts earlier this month and was granted bail on strict conditions by magistrate Tanya Watt.
He stumped up $100,000AUD (£51,000) and is banned from leaving the state and has to report to a Perth police station daily.
A second hearing isn’t due to get underway until December with a potential trial set to take up to two years for the British musician.
His barrister Rafferty has confirmed that Filly has managed to find a home in Perth which he is set to stay in for the next six months until the second hearing.
Mr Rafferty said his client “will need to lead a fairly quiet existence for a while”.
The internet star was rapidly dropped by several brands and companies following the allegations.
FootAsylum, the Football Association (FA), Heinz and ASOS are among the biggest names to part ways with the internet personality.
One of Filly’s closest pals and fellow YouTuber Chunkz, real name Amin Mohamed, spoke out about the case for the first time last week.
In a clip posted to Instagram he said: “Like everyone I’ve heard the reports coming out of Australia.
“While I understand many of you want my reaction on it, as this is an ongoing court case I hope you guys understand that I can’t and won’t be commenting on it publicly, so yeah I’ve just come on here to basically let you know the reasons as to why I can’t. Love.”
The pair worked together on their podcast The Chunkz and Filly Show and were due to put on a live show last week.
The show was quickly axed as organisers Troxy offered ticket-holders a refund.
It comes as The Sun spoke to a mum who has accused Yung Filly of breaking her terminally ill son’s heart after he failed to keep a promise he made to the youngster.
The YouTuber told Mason Greaves, 12, he was there to “support him” and challenged him to a game of Fortnite in a video.
But mum Kelly Greaves claims the rapper instead ghosted her poorly son and even at one point told him to “shut up”.
Who is Yung Filly?
YUNG Filly’s rise to fame saw him start out as a social media star.
The influencer got his big break on YouTube before moving into mainstream TV.
Although he goes by Yung Filly, his real name is Andres Felipé Barrientos.
He was born on August 6, 1995, and moved to the UK from Colombia when he was two years old.
Filly then relocated to southeast London during his childhood.
When asked what it was like growing up in the capital, he told Indy100: “I come from the bottom of the barrel…and that’s why I’m so grateful for the position I’m in now.
“My mum definitely shaped me with the lessons she taught me.
“She’s a single mum with three kids, my dad was a s*** dad so she just had to make it happen.
“She did loads of cleaning jobs. My mum worked at Poundland at the time I had some mad BBC series…just getting my mum out of the position she was in was just the biggest motivation.”
Filly is best known for being a member of the comedy group known as The Wall of Comedy.
He is affiliated with fellow YouTuber Chunkz and the pair have collaborated on many videos and tracks.
Over the years, Filly has also taken part in The Sidemen‘s Charity Football Match, organised by members Josh Bradley, Simon Minter, Tobi Brown, KSI, Ethan Payne, Vikram Barn and Harry Lewis.
