Cool Hand is looking to join Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerwen in becoming the third player to retain the World Grand Prix crown.
Humphries faces Mike De Decker, who beat fellow Belgian Dimitri Van den Bergh 5-2 to book his place in the final.
