WC’s Blossom and Lynch Selected to Play in the MS vs. Alabama All-Star Game

Vicksburg Daily News –

Warren Central High School football players Ronnie Blossom and Maddox Lynch have been selected to play in the Mississippi vs Alabama All-Star Game. The news was announced on Wednesday once the official roster came out over social media.

Maddox Lynch:

Lynch is a three-year start at the tight end position where he is known for grabbing multiple passes over defenders while also being one of the best blockers on the Vikings’ roster. In the 2024 season, he currently has 20 receptions, 224 yards, one receiving touchdown, and one passing touchdown.

Lynch has multiple scholarship offers to play on the next level but has not publicly announced his future plans.

Ronnie Blossom:

Blossom is also a 3-year start at defensive end where he has a reputation for punishing quarterbacks every Friday night. He currently has six sacks, and 44 tackles, including 30 solo tackles. Just last week he had 12 tackles and three sacks against Madison Central.

Blossom has multiple offers as well and has not announced future plans.

Both Lynch and Blossom helped WC to a district title last year and they are coached by Josh Morgan.

The 2024 Mississippi/Alabama All-Star Football Game will be played in Mobile, AL on Saturday, December 14 at 12 Noon at Hancock Whitney Stadium on the campus of the University of South Alabama.
