Vicksburg, Ms –Warren Central High School’s football game will be held on Thursday, October 10 against Ridgeland High School. The Vikings will open district play against the Titans on the road in hopes of starting things off with a win.
Both WC and Ridgeland had bye-weeks after suffering a loss the week prior. The Vikings took a 34-24 loss to Madison Central while the Titans fell short 34-28 against Murrah.
Offensively, WC is averaging 29 points per game and allowing 22 points per game heading into Thursday night. On Ridgeland’s side of things, the Titans are averaging 27 points a game and allowing 13 points, defensively.
The Vikings(2-3) are led by Head Coach Josh Morgan and Ridgeland is led by former Vicksburg High Coach Todd McDaniel. Thursday’s game will begin at 7 p.m.
