Taking it to Instagram, the former YoTV presenter shared a video of his new Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
The radiologist captioned the post, “2024 has been a GREAT year, and it can only get better going forward.
“Husbands are UP. Nosering and Two Piece Daddies are UP, and now it’s time for #VClass Daddies to be UP, thanks to @mercedesbenzsa
“As you’ve seen, I’m available for weddings in whatever form you need me, even as a chauffeur.”
However, little is known about whether he splurged thousands if not millions, on the Merc that has since thrust him into the top trends.
Over the years, the German automaker has tagged several celebrities as ‘friends of the brand’ (ambassadorial gigs).
Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, Makazole Mapimpi, and Zakes Bantwini are some celebrities who are friends of the brand and often receive Mercedes-Benz cars.
However, The South African has since connected the dots about Dr Musa Mthombeni’s car’s price tag. Prices of V-Classes often differ due to trims and extra.
However, a recent Mercedes-Benz V-Class Special Edition has a base price tag of R2.2 million at several dealerships around South Africa.
The star joins a host of celebrities who have splurged millions on the convenient SUV.
Oscar Mbo, Lady Du, Mawhoo, Big Zulu, and DJ Tira are notable celebrities spotted driving around in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class.

Since it was posted on the internet, the video has received thousands of comments and reactions. Fans and fellow celebrities quickly flood his comment section with congratulatory messages.
Dr Musa Mthombeni’s wife, Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni, commented, “Love this for you, my baby!”
