The worker shared a photo on the social network platform of the television in the stockroom, captioning the post, “Holy Hell!!!!!”

Several techies gushed at the sight of the gigantic television, commenting, “Time to open that movie theater you’ve always been wanting to open.”

“I’d have to remodel my living room for that beast!” another said.

A third joked, “I need a tape measure…”

The monstrous television is expected to go on sale as part of Walmart’s first Holiday Deals event.

The retail giant’s savings event was launched to rival Amazon‘s Prime Day and Target‘s Circle Week.

Customers can shop in stores or online from October 8 to 13 to score big deals on electronics, home, fashion, and toys for the upcoming 2024 holiday season.

The 98-inch Onn Roku TV will be priced at $1,498.

The television features 4K Ultra High Definition for the LED set.

Purchasers will have access to Roku Smart TV, which includes 500,000 movies and TV episodes for free or a fee.

Walmart+ subscribers can already access the deals before everyone else.

Some Walmart workers on the Reddit thread joked about the daunting task of assisting customers with placing the television in their cars.

“Wait until guys arrive with a compact car and scream that it won’t fit,” one apparent employee said.

Another person shared, “I’ve had to help two people with carrying this out, one guy brought a car and it wouldn’t fit.”

“Oh god don’t tell me I’m gonna come back from my rare two days off in a row and have to wrestle a damn 98 inch TV into our bins somehow. The 85s are bad enough,” a third said.

“Can’t wait for someone to order 10 of these for delivery,” a fourth person wrote.
