Vicksburg High School volleyball team clinched a playoff spot after going toe-to-tow with Callaway last night. The Missy Gators won in five sets (25-21, 25-22,22-25, 26-28, 15-12) to keep their season alive.
MaKynzie Dunmore led the Missy Gators with 10 points and six digs. Jamia Grace and Kennedy Mullins both had six points each while Amari Johnson brought in six digs as well as Lili Kistler who also had seven points.
The Missy Gators will now go on the road to face Lake Cormorant on Tuesday, October 8 .
The JV also won last night in two sets (25-20,25-11. Zipporah Drake had one assist and four points. Kennedy Williams finished with four points while Teagan Stewart had five points and Jamiya Stewart and Zaria Jones both finished with four points.
