A UPS delivery driver in California was caught on camera putting up a series of small “Donald Trump” signs in support of the Republican candidate for president as he made his rounds delivering packages across the street.
The homeowner, Shelly Bailes, a supporter of Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, noticed nearly a dozen small Trump flags placed throughout the front yard of her home in Davis, near Sacramento.
She quickly learned who was responsible for the political stunt after reviewing surveillance footage from her home.

In the video, she saw the driver who made deliveries in the area placing the flags among the pebbles in her front yard.
“He didn’t deliver a package to my house, he delivered it across the street,” Bailes said KCRA. “On my Ring I saw that he had put something on my lawn.”
Bailes reported the incident to UPS, prompting an internal investigation into the driver, although no crime had been committed.

‘I was very surprised when I saw them. I was upset,” Shelly Bailes said. ‘He’s really not right. He’s trespassing on my lawn.”
‘I have no idea why he did it. I can’t imagine what he thought he was gaining from these little signs,” Bailes said.

“We respect the right of all Americans to support their chosen candidate, but we ask our employees to express their political views on their own time,” UPS said in a statement.
