46-year-old Phillip Allen Griffin of Taylorsville was arrested Thursday (October 10) by Probation & Parole Officers. He was charged with felony probation violation and driving while license revoked.
Griffin is on probation and serving a suspended sentence from 2023 for DWI from Iredell County. In addition he was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance and child abuse in Caldwell County.
Following the arrest, Griffin was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. No court date was listed.
