TAYLOR Swift and Travis Kelce may be ready to take the next step in their relationship.
While Kelce is searching for his fourth Super Bowl ring, he may also be on the hunt to put a different ring on Swift‘s finger.

The superstar couple are apart right now, with Swift playing some of the final shows of her Eras tour and Kelce competing in the NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs.
However, the two have a lot going on in their relationship with reported plans of starting a liquor brand, buying land together, and even adopting a cat.
More serious speculation even has them being named as the godparents of Patrick Mahomes‘ third child.
According to Sarah Nathan of Page Six, those strides in their relationship could be minuscule compared to something else coming up.
“The next few months are set to be life-changing for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce,” Nathan wrote.
“There is now a countdown to an engagement for the starry pair, sources say, as friends reveal how weathering the past year together with 35-year-old Kelce the singer’s ‘protector’ behind the scenes, has made them stronger than ever.”
Kelce and Swift have been rumored to be getting engaged for months, and survived an alleged breakup contract last month.
The biggest thing that convinced Swift that Kelce was the right man for her was how he handled the terror threats at her Austria shows.
Kelce spent hours on the phone with Swift as the events unfolded and even offered to fly to Austria to be with her.
Ultimately she convinced him to stay with the Chiefs instead of flying out, but his actions were reportedly important to her.
“Just his physical presence — she feels safer with him than anyone she’s ever known; she knows he would do anything for her and physically she feels protected by him, and she loves that feeling,” a source told Nathan.
“It’s a relatively new one for her, relationship-wise.
“Travis is her protector in every sense of the word. He is going to make sure she is physically safe, and emotionally safe
“He is not going to do anything careless or reckless with her.”
There is no indication of when an engagement could happen, but it would likely come after the NFL season.
‘Well-talked-about personal life’
Travis Kelce was asked about his relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview with Good Morning America.
But the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave a cagey response.
“When you have good family and friends around you, it makes that aspect of life that much easier,” Kelce told GMA.
“I’ve always been a very grounded guy. It might not come off that way when I’m playing football.
“But off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to get too far down the road.
“Because you never know what opportunities are going to present themselves.”
Kelce is still hard at work with the Chiefs and is improving every week after a slow start to the season.
This past week against the Las Vegas Raiders he caught 10 passes for 90 yards and a touchdown, his best game of the season.
He now has 335 yards and a touchdown this year, on pace for 813 yards and two touchdowns over the full season.
The Chiefs are doing just fine even when Kelce struggles though, as they are the only remaining undefeated team in the NFL at 7-0.
They are on track to compete for their third consecutive Super Bowl in the playoffs this year.
