SMYRNA, Ga. (AP) — Police in Georgia say two police officers were wounded and one man was killed in a shooting at a gun store in suburban Atlanta. Smyrna Police Chief Keith Zgonc told reporters early Saturday the officers were investigating reports of gunfire and a burglary in progress about midnight when they found the suspect inside the Adventure Outdoors store. Zgonc says the man opened fire on police and the Smyrna officers returned fire, killing the man. Zgonc says the two officers were taken to a hospital and both are expected to survive their wounds. No names have been released.
