When is Black Friday 2024?
Black Friday takes place the day after Thanksgiving in the USA, so this year that’s Friday, November 29.
Although it started as a US event, it has become a global shopping phenomenon and generally offers the biggest discounts of any sale during the year.

Thousands of retailers take part with prices cut on all kinds of products, from fashion and beauty, kitchen appliances and lifestyle to electronics and tech.
Originally the sale started on Black Friday and ran until the close of Cyber Monday, but in the last few years, we’ve seen price cuts from the start of the month running through until December.
But remember, the best deals and biggest savings will still be found on the day itself.

Is Skims taking part in Black Friday this year?
Luckily for shoppers, we expect Skims to take part in Black Friday this year.
The brand did so in 2023 but called it their bi-annual rather than their black Friday sale.
During last year’s event, there were price cuts across Skims iconic shapewear, lingerie, leisurewear, and bodycon dresses, with offers on the Skims’ website and from other stockists.
You may find Skims’ stockists offering price matches or their own discounts, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their websites for any items you’re after.
Special offers sell out extremely quickly so you can’t sit on the fence with this one.

What to expect from Skims’ Black Friday sale 2024
If Black Friday 2024 is anything like last year then Skims will be cutting prices on a whole host of its bestselling products.
In 2023, we saw savings of up to 50% on several products and we’re likely to see the same sort of deals this year.
We expect to see offers on shapewear of course, but also on regular boxers, thongs, and body suits, not to mention leggings, joggers, and dresses.
We’re hoping its long-sleeve T-shirts will also be discounted with winter coming, and we can’t wait to snuggle up in one of their ever-popular hoodies.
For anybody off in search of winter sun, there’s also likely to be big price reductions in swimwear and cover-ups.

When is Cyber Monday 2024 and is Skims taking part?
This year Cyber Monday falls on December 2.
Traditionally it marked the final day of the mega sale and focused exclusively on products from online retailers.
Now though, it has merged into the Black Friday event and while it still officially signals the end of the sale for another year, all types of retailers take part.
Offers that start on Black Friday tend to continue throughout Cyber Monday and this is likely to be the case with Skims.
It’s worth bearing in mind though that because the brand is so popular, its best sale items are likely to sell out fast – a great reason not to wait until Cyber Monday to check out their website.
How much does Skims’ shipping cost?
Skims standard shipping costs £10 in the UK and takes between 10 to 16 days to arrive.
If you opt for express delivery, which costs £15, shipping time takes between four to seven days.
Spend over £70, which is very easy to do, and you get free delivery (as if we needed any more encouragement to keep shopping).
Does Skims offer any other discounts?
Skims often has sale items on its website in addition to its Black Friday deals.

In 2023, Skims didn’t formally announce the end of its official Black Friday promotions.
This year, we think it will depend on the products and how quickly they sell out.
In previous years, stockists such as Selfridges have been known to extend sales beyond the Cyber Weekend.
We’ve also seen some sale lines continue well into December.
Whatever happens, we can pretty much guarantee deals to last until the end of Cyber Monday on December 2, 2024.
