Biles, 27, tasted gold three times at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games this summer.

She took her total to seven Olympic golds in three games, along with two silvers and two bronzes.

And as she considers retirement from the sport, Biles has her eyes on new projects.

The Columbus, Ohio, born athlete resides in Houston, Texas with her NFL-player husband Jonathan Owens.

And she is opening a restaurant in Houston called “Taste of Gold.”

The project is set to open in the first quarter of 2025 with works already in progress.

It will be located in Terminal A at Bush International Airport.

Signs are already in place at the airport teasing that the new eatery is coming soon.

An American flag with a gymnast flipping has been seen next to Gate A8 with the message about Biles’ project.

“I am a foodie at heart,” the gymnast admitted.

“Our hope with Taste of Gold is to offer a beautiful dining experience that features award-winning, signature menu items with some of my favorite flavors sprinkled in for our guests.”

Biles is yet to confirm whether she will compete at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

She is part of the Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour this fall.

But Biles will be in her 30s by the time the next Olympics begin on the west coast.

Speaking with Hoda Kotb on NBC’s Today Show in early August, Biles was asked if she had competed in her final Olympics – to which she gave a usually coy answer.

The next Olympics is on home turf, so you just never know. I’m gonna relax and see where life takes me

“You know, you never say never,” Biles said.

“The next Olympics [Los Angeles 2028] is on home turf, so you just never know.

“I’m just gonna relax and see where life takes me.”

“Me and Jonathan always talk about kids.

“He would have had them like yesterday if he could have.

“Obviously, we both have goals that we want to achieve before we start a family.”
