M&S has relaunched one of its hugely popular £10 dine-in deals for two, and it sounds like the perfect winter warmer.
Now that the nights are drawing in, the temperatures are dropping by the day, and autumn is here in all its golden glory, very few meals could be considered the pinnacle of Great British comfort food more than a hearty portion of pie and mash, right? Especially during the colder months as winter is fast approaching.
Thankfully, M&S has got us covered.
The supermarket retailer is known and loved for its seasonal specials and limited-edition dining deals running throughout the year, as one of the most popular among shoppers has to be the Pie & Mash Dine In for only £10.
For just a tenner, two people can spend an autumn night in and comfortably fill their boots with an individual pie each, alongside three accompanying side dishes.
With a pie perfect for all tastebuds and dietary requirements, the lineup includes absolute classics such as Steak and Ale, Chicken and Gravy, Cheese and Onion, and Creamy Chicken and Mushroom, some of which are available in both shortcrust and puff pastry variations depending on your preference, as well as some slightly more out-there choices like Creamy Chicken Tikka.
For those following plant-based and gluten free diets, there’s a Plant Kitchen Mushroom Pie and a Made Without Wheat Chicken to choose from.
On the side dishes front, there’s even more to pick from here, with three different types of mash potato on the menu, as well as chunky chips, and a couple of different vegetable medley options too.
To top it off, you can pick one of three gravy options to slather your meal in proper northern style.
