PCA came up short against Prairie View Academy

Porter’s Chapel Academy took a 49-38 loss to Prairie View Academy on Friday night. Last night’s win made the Spartans the district champions and gave them a bye week for next Friday.

Jase Jung finished with 387 rushing yards and three touchdowns for PCA. Henry Slayton returned a fumble recovery for a 78-yard touchdown and he also had five tackles and two sacks. Hunter Simms grabbed seven tackles while Schaffer Bel Morris Bailey both had five tackles.

The Eagles will host Park Place on Friday in the first round of the playoffs.
