CHEROKEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An off duty deputy was reportedly killed Friday evening in an ATV wreck.
According to Cherokee County Coroner Dennis Fowler, Brandon Tyler Parker, 28, of Gaffney, was driving an ATV on Pondfield Road near Gaffney when he lost control of the ATV and went off the right side of the road before going airborne and hitting several trees.
Parker was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the ATV on impact, Fowler said.
