EMMA co-stars Conor Swindells and Amber Anderson have tied the knot in a stunning Highlands ceremony – and they were officiated by Conor’s on-screen dad Alistair Petrie.
The pair originally met back in 2019 on the set of the 2020 periodic drama film.

Conor played Robert Martin in the movie, while Amber took on the role of Jane Fairfax in Emma.
However sparks flew after filming was wrapped up and they grew close during the coronavirus lockdown in 2020 – which has led them to where they are now as a married couple.
The Sex Education star got down on one knee during a trip to Botswana.
Conor and Amber said “I Do” at Boath House on the northern coast of Scotland in front of friends, family and their rescue dog Moose, who served as ring bearer.
One famous face on the guest list was Conor’s Sex Education co-star Alistair, who played his on-screen dad Michael Groff.
Netflix fans went wild on Instagram when they found out that he officiated their big day.
One wrote: “Not his on-screen dad officiating the ceremony.”
“His dad” with a crying emoji another added.
A third added: “Adam and his dad on his wedding day 
omg this is the BEST!”
“love that his ‘Sex Education Dad’ officiated his wedding. Lovely,” a fourth chimed in.
Conor played Adam Groff on the show for all four series between 2019 and 2023.
Speaking about their how they got together, Amber told British Vogue: “We ended up together during the first lockdown.
“We were both living alone and relatively near each other, so we decided to bubble together.
“We got to really support each other through that. Lockdown meant we had time with each other that we wouldn’t have gotten if we’d both been away filming.
“Our official first date was literally about three months into our relationship when everything opened up again.
“I feel like we did everything backwards in a strange sort of way.”
Conor is best known for his role in Sex Education, but since then has landed himself a number of other incredible characters.
He’s starred in Vigil, SAS: Rogue Heroes and The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin.
Not only that, film wise he’s been in Barbians, Barbie and Scoop.
Meanwhile Amber has also been in some very popular TV and films.
The actress played Diana Mitford in Peaky Blinders back in 2022.
Lotus Eaters, White Lie and Riot Club are some of the movies she’s been in.
