NBA star Jimmy Butler opens up own coffee shop in $7m mansion – but will charge neighbors $60 a cup

MIAMI Heat star Jimmy Butler has introduced to fans his very own coffee establishment in his $7 million home.

However, those who want a cheap cup of coffee will not have any luck upon entering the 35-year-old’s property.

The Miami forward Butler lives in a mansion just two hours away from Los Angeles.

Butler was video interviewed by Architectural Digest which took a deep dive into his luxury house.

The property includes a place for all of his passions, including fine wine, tennis, and above all, his interest in coffee.

During the clip, Butler told the publication that he has his own coffee shop.

The store is called BIGFACE and he revealed that his neighbors and the rest of the world can drink his coffee, but there will be a hefty price tag that goes along with it.

“This is the first BIGFACE coffee shop in my own home. I will allow my neighbors to come in here, but for everybody here, coffee will cost you 60 bucks and I’m not f***ing around,” Butler said while behind the counter of his coffee shop.

“We don’t take cash here.

“But I’ll take cash under the table.”

Butler’s love for coffee first developed during COVID-19.

While the NBA made an isolated bubble to continue league play, the NBA veteran sold coffee to fellow players.

In October 2021, Butler opened his own business called BIGFACE – which is slang for a $100 bill.

The company’s first location is the coffee shop in Butler’s home.

BIGFACE also sells apparel and coffee gear.

And the company will also open its first public-facing store in Miami’s Design District later this month.

As for the rest of Butler’s home, it has an elevated bohemian feel to it, featuring a pool, a wine cellar, a sand volleyball court, and a nearly finished indoor basketball court which is dedicated to his late father.

“I grew up with a whole bunch of nothing, so I’ve dreamed of having a home for myself, for my family, and I put everything into this house,” said the Texas native Butler.

Butler has been in the spotlight recently as he’s part of Netflix’s new documentary series Starting 5, which followed himself, LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, Anthony Edwards, and Domantas Sabonis throughout the 2023-24 NBA season.

He will now be entering his 14th NBA season and his sixth with the Heat.

The six-time NBA All-Star Butler will be chasing his first championship title.
