The event, hosted at Raffles at the OWO in London, saw celebrities come together to honour those who have made a difference for women everywhere over the past year.

After a star-studded bash hosted by Katherine Ryan, nominees and winners were seen heading home after a wild afterparty thrown after a sitdown dinner.

Myleene Klass, who stole the show in a stunning sea blue 70s inspired gown, blew kisses to cameras as she hopped in a black cab to go home.

After a night in kitten heels, Myleene was helped into the cab by a pal, with her bouncy perm swept over her shoulders as she beamed.

Perrie Edwards, who wore a racy leather outfit for the evening with cut away side panels, came prepared for the drive home, grabbing a Stanley cup once in the car to stay hydrated.

Sophie Habboo had husband Jamie Laing looked more loved-up than ever as he planted a kiss on her cheek as they left the event.

Meanwhile Georgia Harrison, who wore a peach dress with a jagged skirt, threw a large black coat over her outfit as she braced the winter chill on the way back.

The star was seen smiling as she looked at her phone as was driven off in her car.

Devoted husband Jamie was seen clutching Sophie’s handbag so she could pose for cameras.

The iconic Pamela Anderson, who took home the UK Impact Award, looked demure in a black outfit.

Having embraced a fresh look and ditching make-up, the former Baywatch star was celebrated for her charitable advocacy, including raising awareness for animal welfare, AIDS and HIV awareness and unhealthy beauty standards.

During her speech at the ceremony, she said: “For most of my career, I found women were so competitive and cruel to each other.

“Standing here, I can tell you, it’s much better when we love and support each other.”

“These last few years have felt like a fresh slate,” she added. “I’m on my path – a new, glorious and imperfect one. But the lesson I’ve learned is I will not let what happened to me define me, it’s what I do that defines me.”

She went on to dedicate the award to “women everywhere, rising above their painful paths and finding the courage to be their best selves.”

Other honourees throughout the night included Bridgerton star Simone Ashley, who took home the Gamechanging Actor award; Chlöe Bailey, who received Musician of the Year; and Francesca Amewudah-Rivers, who won the Theatre Actor Award after her leading performance alongside Tom Holland in a West End adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

Love Island’s Cally Jane Beech won Activist of The Year, after speaking out against horrendous AI ‘deepfakes’ after she was superimposed onto sexually explicit images without her consent.

“This experience has taught me that the damage from AI deepfakes goes far beyond embarrassment,” she told the audience.

“They can destroy careers, relationships, and futures. Women, especially young girls, are particularly vulnerable.”

“With the platform I’ve been given, I feel a deep responsibility to raise awareness and fight for change,” she added. “We cannot allow technology to violate our privacy and dignity. We need stronger laws and more accountability.”
