BRITS may need to re-scan their TV boxes after a major satellite overhaul that’s caused a number of channels to move.
Big names including some Sky channels, Really, Quest and DMAX are affected by the reshuffle.

In total, some 19 channels are moving to a new slot on the Freesat TV guide.
The satellite firm routinely makes changes after a number of arrivals and closures to fill the gaps.
In recent times, Smithsonian and BET are among the channels that have disappeared from Freesat.
“Some broadcasters are making important changes to their channels,” Freesat said on its website.
“You may need to rescan to update your TV and keep your channels and TV Guide up to date.”
Keeping your box updated is important so you don’t miss your favourite shows or mess up any recordings you might have scheduled.
As part of the changes, a number of +1 versions have been grouped together.

It’s also worth pointing out that the overhaul has left 160 free for an upcoming new channel launch.
EDEN GOES FREE
Nature channel U&Eden (previously known as Eden) is going free-to-air.
The channel is home to big hits, including Sir David Attenborough documentaries such as Natural Curiosities.
A date hasn’t been revealed but it is set to land on Freesat and Freeview as part of a new deal.
When it does launch, U&Eden is expected to appear on number 160 for Freesat.
