The former Love Island star, 33, turned heads in the racy ensemble, which cinched at the waist and showed off her incredible curves.
She showed off a glimpse of her midriff in the off-the-shoulder dress, which featured white detailing and v-shaped mesh panels at the front, before ending in a mermaid-style skirt.
Maura wasn’t afraid to add a touch of sparkle as she accessorized with layered chunky pearl necklaces and bracelets, completing her red carpet look with long black gloves.
She wore her brunette locks in a blown-out style and opted for a dramatic face with makeup that included winged eyeliner and a smoky eye.

She seemed very cheerful as she posed for photos on the carpet, where her rumored love interest Pete Wicks interviewed the stars.
The annual Pride Of Britain Awards returns for its 25th year, with Ashley Banjo and Carol Vorderman as co-hosts.
Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks will be on hand to host the red carpet, while GK Barry will present online content from her own bar during the event.
The ceremony has been taking place since 1999 and honors the achievements of truly remarkable people from across the UK and all walks of life – nominated by members of the public.
After a shortlist has been drawn up from thousands of entries, the winners will be chosen by the Pride of Britain judges.
Before the ceremony, the King and Prime Minister Keir Starmer led tributes to the country’s unsung heroes.
The King called them ‘the very best’ among us, while Sir Keir said: ‘They embody everything that is great about Britain’.
King Charles’ words were included in a letter to King’s Trust Young Achiever winner Molly Leonard, whose grandmother cried tears of pride as she read it to her.

As well as praising Molly, he wrote: ‘On this 25th anniversary of the Pride of Britain Awards, I extend my deepest admiration to all of this year’s winners. You each represent the very best in our society.’
The Prime Minister told the winners: ‘Britain is proud of you’.

Maura and Pete were spotted in a London pub last month, but in recent weeks he has been thrilling fans with his steamy performances on Strictly with Jowita.

An onlooker told MailOnline exclusively that Maura and Pete were inseparable during their pub visit, whispering in each other’s ears and even interlocking legs as they enjoyed a drink alongside his Strictly colleagues Wynne Evans, Tom Dean and Jamie Borthwick.
The eyewitness shared, “They were all over each other, I was surprised to see them looking so close because I thought he had real chemistry with Jowita.
‘At one point they were straddling each other and didn’t seem to care at all that people could see them.

Romance rumors between the reality stars started doing the rounds last month when they were pictured kissing outside the Broadwick Soho Hotel.
Maura then joked about the reports last month when she supported him on his Staying Relevant podcast tour.
She wore a personalized T-shirt with a photo of the kiss and the words “We can’t be friends” written in capital letters on the front of her chest.
This isn’t the first time Maura and Pete have been romantically involved. Last year the pair were filmed getting cozy at Grosvenor House in London.
