A MAJOR banking app has gone down, leaving thousands of customers unable to access their accounts.
TSB customers say they cannot log into their mobile banking app and online banking services this morning.

According to DownDetector, over 2,035 users have reported issues with the bank’s online services, leaving them unable to access their accounts.
Over 60% of the issues reported relate to customers struggling with their mobile banking, and 29% say they can’t access their online banking.
TSB customers have taken to social media and vented about the issue.
One person posted on X (formerly Twitter): “The Mobile banking app is down again.
“I cannot get access to my accounts, and now it’s telling me I have no accounts with you.”
