Love Island star confirms secret split from show boyfriend as they become the latest couple to call it quits – days after shutting down cheating rumours

Love Island star Jessica Spencer has confirmed she has split from show boyfriend Ayo Odukoya.

The stunner fell in love with the hunk during this summer’s series and while things were seemingly going well between them, they were yet to make things official.

However, Jess recently revealed that the couple had secretly split when she responded to a fan on TikTok who questioned why they weren’t officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

Commenting on a video of Jess showing off her outfit, the follower said: “Girl he gotta ask you yesterday.”

However, Jess, who recently shut down the cheating rumors, confirmed they were no more as she replied: “Girl says who? The Internet??

Last week, Jess responded to rumors she had cheated on Ayo after he deleted all traces of her on his Instagram.

Jess clapped back at a troll on Snapchat who wrote: ‘Cheater you don’t deserve Ayo.’

Furious at the accusation, she replied: “These apps are full of absolute idiots. Where do you get your information?’

Although the former couple made no official announcement about the split, Ayo made the news clear on his social media when he deleted all the photos of the fashion stylist.

He also edited a caption he wrote after leaving the Love Island villa, removing any reference to Jess.

The news about Jess and Ayo comes less than a month later Love Island winners Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan revealed they have split just two months after rising to victory in the villa.

Mimii, 24, and Josh, 29, were crowned winners of Love Island series 11 last month and took home the £50,000 cash prize.

But Mimii has confirmed that despite attempts to patch things up after leaving the villa in July, the couple have decided to call it quits.

Mimii shared a statement with fans, saying: ‘Hello everyone, I know a lot of you have been wondering about Josh and I and why we haven’t shown up.

‘The truth is we’ve been trying to figure it out since we left the villa but unfortunately things aren’t working out between us at the moment.’

“I know it’s a big disappointment for many of you, as it was for me. Your support of us has not gone unnoticed and I will be forever grateful for it. You are the reason we have reached this point. God bless you all.”

Fans had expressed concerns about the couple as they were rarely seen together in public.

Mimii and Josh attended the National Television Awards together last month for the September 11 ceremony.

But before that, their only public appearance together was on August 2, when they went to see Lorraine after their win.

Before Josh, Mimii and Ayo Odukoya, 25, were previously linked, however, Ayo’s head was turned during the annual Casa Amor recoupling and he left her for Jessica Spencer, 25, leaving Mimii as the only single girl in the villa.

Mimii admitted to Lorraine that although the situation during Casa Amor was “not fun” for her, she confessed that everything “worked out fine in the end.”
