50-year-old Robert Daniel Scott of Buffalo Shoals Road in Lincolnton was arrested Monday (October 14) by authorities in Catawba County. He’s charged with felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Scott is also charged with multiple traffic offenses including reckless driving and speeding. He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
