Laura Vaughan’s MAFS diary: ‘The strongest couple are about to implode – Kieran’s kiss with Polly makes NO sense’

WE need to talk about last night’s least relaxing spa trip EVER.

This is the away day where you’re strategically split into two groups, and you’re usually with someone that you’ve expressed an interest in…

Laura tied the knot on the show last year[/caption]

The only person who didn’t appear in the instalment was Holly, because she decided to head back home to try and figure out what she wants from her marriage.

That gave Polly and Sacha the chance to tell Alex exactly what they thought about their relationship… and they certainly didn’t hold back.

There were a lot of tears and arguments during yesterday’s show, so definitely read below to find out exactly what!

If you are as obsessed as Married At First Sight as I am, you need to keep reading, as I’ve got some thoughts…

Questionable antics from Kieran

In the spoiler for tonight’s episode, it looks like Kristina and Kieran’s relationship is definitely on the rocks.

He’s been seen kissing Polly on the lips, even though he’s been using his cold sore as an excuse to not do anything intimate.

The only couple holding the season together are about to implode!

It’s heating up between Alex, Polly and Sacha

We also saw that Holly is not in this episode because she’s back at home thinking about her marriage.

Alex and Polly then start talking about each other’s marriages and try to point score.

I love the fact that Sacha and Polly started to stand up to Alex in this episode.

But I feel like the way in which they did it kind of gave him the upper hand.

And I don’t think that Polly’s argument was very thought through.

She was saying that essentially her marriage to Adam is better than his, and while I don’t deny that, I think that both marriages have fundamental issues.

The whole way through this exchange between Sacha, Polly and Alex just made me think how comfortable he is with talking to women that way and making them upset.

He sat there smirking…

And honestly I cannot believe that not one single man defended any of the women and said ‘Alex you’re overstepping the mark’.

That man sat there and smirked through personal insults, he’s comfortable doing this guys, it’s repeat behaviour from him.

Double standards

Sacha got very upset when Ross put his hand around Lacey

We also saw Sacha get very upset about a picture of Ross with his hands around Lacey.

It was a huge overreaction in my opinion, which was then further compounded by the fact that when she was crying to Luke, he had his arms around her.

Complete double standards going on!

Adams and Lacey also got quite close while dancing, surprisingly Polly seemed ok with that, but we know that he finds Lacey attractive…

I don’t know if that is going to cause problems.

Polly is in delulu land

Polly was involved in a lot of drama last night[/caption]

Alex had a lot to say back[/caption]

I don’t like Alex or anything that he stands for, but I did agree when he said that Polly has to beg her husband for the bare minimum.

I don’t think that Polly realises when she’s saying that we’ve dealt with that.

But it’s clearly still playing in her head. I think she’s in delulu land in her relationship.

I just want to say ‘girl… I don’t think that this is going to work’.

The truth?

Sionainn looked upset when she shared the news[/caption]

Sionainn and Ryan weren’t involved in the away day.

This exact thing happened with Brad and Shona – they were removed from filming that day because of an altercation that happened behind the scenes.

It sounds like something very similar has happened here.

Ryan said that they had an argument over him tying his shoe laces, while Sionainn said to the girls that he’s a different guy behind closed doors, and that he’s said he’s faked the whole romance.

I am more inclined to believe her because she was more emotional than her was.

It will be interesting to see what comes of it when the show stops airing, because that’s when people tell their story.
