I’m proud to be labelled a Psycho Ex – I’ll cut up your clothes and booby trap your trainers, I don’t care

A SCORNED woman claims revenge is the best medicine for getting over a cheating boyfriend.

Jessica Rampant, 35, has been left heartbroken multiple times by fellas who did the dirty behind her back.

She feels no remorse for getting back at her cheating ex-partners.

But she’s always had the last laugh after making sure they learned the hard way that their behaviour was unacceptable.

And she doesn’t care if that means that people label her a ‘Psycho Ex Girlfriend’.

The model and mum of one said: “Once I put oven cleaner in all their shoes.

“I found out one was messaging an ex on a £2,000 holiday I paid for.

“I cut up all their holiday clothes and threw away their ID.

“You f**k about, you find out.”

She added: “Cheating men cause emotional abuse and put you at threat of STDs.

“Taking the high road relative to the abuse and potential ruin of lives cheating causes?

“No thank you.”

Meanwhile, a pensioner has explained that she loves showing off her impressive physique after working hard to stay in shape.

The former model revealed that she uses yoga to maintain her fitness levels.

In her viral video, TikTok user Candace (@lifeinmy70s) demonstrated some of her go-to moves.

She showed her followers the tree, standing bow, triangle, half moon, and crescent lunge poses.

Candace showed off her toned arms in a black tank top as she did the various moves.

In a second clip, the TikToker modelled a one-piece patterned swimsuit.

“What I wore on vacation at 77,” she wrote in the caption of the video.

Candace regularly shares insights into her life as a retired fashion model.

Her content includes everything from fitness inspiration to what she eats in a day.

She also uses her platform to call out people who tell her she is too old to dress or act how she does.

“Please, please, please stop caring about what people think you shouldn’t wear,” Candace told her audience.

“I’m 77 and love tank tops, you’re beautiful, wear what you want.”
