20-year-old David Wayne Weeks of Propst Drive in Hickory was arrested Monday (October 14) by Probation & Parole Officers. He’s charged with felony probation violation.
Weeks is on probation as a result of a conviction in Catawba County in April, 2024 for second-degree trespass and communicating threats. He received a suspended sentence and 12 months probation.
Following Monday’s arrest, Weeks was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. A Superior Court appearance is scheduled for November 12.
