20-year-old Jayden David Williams of Granite Falls was arrested on Tuesday (October 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony counts of failure to appear and forgery of an instrument. Williams was also charged with misdemeanor resisting a public officer and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $8,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled for October 31.
