(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — There are five dates left to snag tickets for the 29th Annual Ghost Stories of Old Manitou Walking Tours, a family-friendly theatrical experience where a “Spirit Guide” accompanies guests from scene to scene, providing narrated histories of colorful figures and places from the city’s past.
The remaining dates to schedule a spot on the tour are Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 11, 12, 18, 19, and 25. On the tour, guests can:
- Test their mettle with Zebulon Pike
- Encounter the magic of Soapy
- Learn beautification techniques with The Homicidal Hairdresser
- Take a haunted selfie with Dr. Bell
Tours begin every 15 minutes from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and last around an hour, departing from the Manitou Springs Heritage Center at 517 Manitou Avenue. Tickets are $18.84 per person, and children under 11 years old do not require a ticket. Advance tickets are $17 and are recommended as the tours sell out quickly.
