Andrews was reporting for Fox from the sidelines as the Bucs took on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mayfield put on a show at Raymond James Stadium, leading Tampa to a 33-16 win and throwing for 347 yards with 2 touchdowns.

The former Cleveland Browns QB claimed his entire offense had been “locked in” as the team improved to 3-1.

As temperatures soared towards 100 degrees Fahrenheit, Andrews was keen to know how Baker kept his cool during the game.

“What is it like to play in this heat? Because I have no idea,” the Fox reporter asked.

“I changed my pants at half time,” came the frank reply from Mayfield, causing Andrews to burst out laughing on air.

“I genuinely love the glow-up Baker’s had since leaving Cleveland,” wrote one fan in response to the viral clip.

“The humidity is brutal here, especially with Tampa being right off the water. Even just stepping outside for a few minutes you feel like a bucket of water just got dumped on you,” added another.

“He’ll be a great broadcaster after he’s done playing, he’s a natural and quick witted, but likable enough with just enough cockiness,” predicted a third.

“Clutch pants performance,” laughed a fourth.

Mayfield also responded to comments he made about NFL legend Tom Brady, who was in the Fox broadcast booth for the game.

Last week, Baker had suggested the Bucs locker room was “stressed out” with the seven-time Super Bowl champ under center.

“I think a lot of that got taken out of context, and none of it was personal by any means,” Mayfield said, backtracking on his remarks.

“It’s just what he demanded of the guys, and that’s the aura of Tom Brady. And that’s what he did to bring a championship here.

Erin Andrews’ rise to the top

Erin Andrews is a key part of Fox Sports’ lead NFL broadcasting team.

She is in her second spell with Fox having rejoined the network in 2012 after eight years at ESPN.

Andrews began her career with Fox Sports Florida in 2000 before working her way to the very top.

She has also worked for Sunshine Network in 2001 and 2002 as well as Turner Sports from 2002 to 2004.

Andrews presented College GameDay during her eight years with ESPN but rejoined Fox in 2012 to work on NFL.

And the sideline reporter has gone on to cover Super Bowls as well as the World Series in her stellar career.

“Nothing personal, but yeah, talking before the game, he’s obviously happy for me and he knows the guys, so he knows how much I enjoy throwing to Mike [Evans] and Chris [Godwin] [because] he got to do the same.

“It’s fun to be able to talk about the same experience with a guy like that.”

Mayfield and the Bucs return to action on Thursday night when they face the Falcons in Atlanta.

The Eagles meanwhile drop to 2-2 on the season after the road loss.

They are back in front of their home fans at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday to take on the Browns.
