Former Springbok Elton Jantjies has clapped back at allegations he was left homeless after failing to keep up with his bond repayments.
The controversial former rugby player was also accused of being kicked out of his mother and friend’s house over his alleged troubled lifestyle.
However, Elton has insisted it’s all lies.
ELTON JANTJIES CLAPS BACK AT HOMELESS CLAIMS
In a video post, Elton Jantjies addressed media who had reported that he was allegedly homeless.
Standing at the gate of his supposed Bryanston home, the former Springbok – wearing a branded Prada shirt – said: “It doesn’t faze me. It’s actually a joke to me to take those comments seriously.
“I’ve got a house, I’m not homeless. My mother didnt kick me out”. Elton then proceeded to give his followers a short tour of his home. At one point, Elton stopped at a image of him and his ex-wife Iva Ristic with one of their children.
He also demanded an apology to his loved ones over the unfounded allegations.
In the comments section, his followers encouraged him to ignore negative reports about his lifestyle.
This comes amid Zimoja’s claims that his alleged hard party lifestyle and reckless spending. The publication also claimed that the former Bok had got involved with the “wrong crowd”.

After being dealt a four-year professional playing ban over doping allegations, Elton Jantjies has been keeping himself busy by offering his services through his rugby coaching business called The Game Changers.
Next month, he will swap his rugby boots and notes for gloves as he steps into the ring for a celebrity boxing match.
Elton will face off against fellow rugby player Lionel Mapae on 30 November in Durban to raise funds for the Abbaquar San Dream Centre in KwaZulu-Natal.
Earlier this year, Elton was last linked with a “lifeline” contract by the Lions, his former club. This, after he was release from French club Agen last year over undisclosed reasons. Elton was also let go from the Japanese club, Red Hurricanes, in 2022, allegedly over bad behaviour.
Late last year, Elton offered to tell “his story” to his IG followers – for R650.
The 34-year-old last played for the Springboks in 2022. That same year, he confessed to having an extramarital affair with Bok dietician Zeenat Simjee.
After a public divorce from wife Iva Ristic, and two failed romances with reality TV star Ashleigh Ogle and former Miss SA finalist Loren Jenneker, Elton appears to be single.
