Sean 'Diddy' Combs is about to be hit with a second wave of seven sexual assault lawsuits, with more than 100 more waiting in the wings

Sean “Diddy” Combs is about to be hit with a second round of seven sexual assault lawsuits, with more than 100 more waiting in the wings.

Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced the new claims Sunday evening, days after filing the first six lawsuits by anonymous plaintiffs last Monday.

Combs was arrested in Manhattan last month after an investigation into alleged sex trafficking, and he is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine.

Two of the new alleged victims were teenagers at the time the disgraced rapper and music mogul abused them: one was seventeen and a girl was just thirteen.

Diddy is accused in the seven lawsuits by four male and three female plaintiffs of aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.

Diddy is also accused of drugging the 13-year-old girl in 2000, a man he allegedly raped in 2022, and a woman who accused him of raping her in 2022.

The lawsuits are expected to be filed overnight in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, and their contents will be made public shortly thereafter.

“Several other individuals are referenced in the records, but have not previously been named as defendants at this time,” Buzbee said, without naming them.

“We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to ensure that justice is done.”

Buzbee said that while some of the alleged abuse occurred more than two decades ago, as early as 2000, “most of the events described occurred in 2022.”

“The egregious conduct detailed in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.

All plaintiffs will be anonymous, as will the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.

Buzbee warned that Diddy could expect a barrage of lawsuits that won’t stop anytime soon — and others should be concerned, too.

“We anticipate that we will continue to file cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants on a weekly basis as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the files,” he said.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles.

Buzbee is serving as lead counsel on the litigation through his Buzbee Law Firm practice in Houston, with AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York assisting.

The lawyer said last week that a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates received 12,000 calls within 24 hours.

His team collected enough evidence to file 120 lawsuits against the rapper, and announced this at a press conference three weeks ago.

Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse, the youngest were 9, 14, 15 years old.

“This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City at Bad Boy Records,” he said at the press conference.

“This individual was allegedly sexually assaulted by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and himself that he would get a record deal.”

The claims come from victims who sought TV or music careers and the rapper promised to make them stars, as well as those who were simply invited to Diddy’s after-parties, Buzbee said.

Combs founded Bad Boy Records in 1993, the label that launched the careers of Notorious BIG, French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly.

“There were other guys there to audition too,” Buzbee said. ‘They were all trying to get a record deal. They were all minors.’

“Another minor was allegedly told by Sean Combs that he would make him a star, but that he had to talk to him about it privately, away from his parents.

“Once they were in the private area, Mr. Combs allegedly had the victim perform oral sex on him.”

Since then, new allegations have flooded Buzbee’s law firm federal prosecutors announced a federal indictment against Diddy and arrested him.

“An individual, 15 years old at the time, who was flown to New York City to attend a party, was drugged and then taken to a private room, allegedly in the presence of Mr. Combs, where this female individual – a minor – was raped and then other persons took turns raping her,” Buzbee said.

Working with law enforcement, the attorney said many accusers have been weeded out with non-credible stories.

Many of the new victims had previously told police they had been abused, including some who cooperated with the FBI.

Many have medical records showing they were raped or drugged, Buzbee added.

“There were drugs found in their system, strange drugs, drugs you’ve probably never heard of,” Buzbee explained.

“One in particular that keeps popping up is a drug called Xylazine, or tranq, which based on our research is known as a horse tranquilizer.”

Diddy’s lawyers denied all claims shortly after Buzbee made public his plan to file at least 120 lawsuits.

“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory,” Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff told DailyMail.com.

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”

The alleged victims are spread across the country, but many are in California, New York, Florida and Georgia.

About half are women and the other half are men, Buzbee said.

Much of the alleged abuse took place at parties, such as Diddy’s infamous white parties or “puppy parties.”

‘One person who was 22 years old when she was attacked said that the typical MO at one of these parties… was when you were handed a drink, and now we know the drink was laced with something, that if you refused to drink it, you got kicked out of the party,” Buzbee said.

In another disturbing case, an adult pregnant woman claims she was raped after attending a group dinner with Combs in Miami.

“She didn’t drink because she was pregnant, but whatever she drank at the table apparently had something in it,” Buzbee said.

“She blacked out and woke up in the same bed, again reportedly with Mr. Combs at his Miami mansion. Her vagina and her anus were torn and sore, and I could go on. And literally, you can sense a theme here.

“If you’re out there and have been a victim, you’re not alone. There is great power in numbers.’
