Denver Broncos player Josh Reynolds was shot in the back of the head as he left a club in the early hours of October 18. NBC affiliate has revealed.
Sometime after 3 a.m., someone called 911 claiming they had been shot while driving a blue Ford Bronco, according to court documents obtained by 9NEWS.
Responding officers found several victims, including Reynolds, who was reportedly struck twice: once in the left arm and once in the back of his head.
Reynolds was already on casualty reserve after undergoing surgery for a broken finger earlier this month, which explains why the shooting went unreported until Thursday.
His current condition remains unclear.
