The troubles for Sean ‘Diddy” Combs does not seem to end and the latest is a fresh batch of six lawsuits against the once reigning music baron on October 20, 2024.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed these lawsuits in the New York Federal Court under the provisions of New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
The latest charges against the once reigning music baron is of raping a 13-year-old girl post the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards party which Diddy hosted.
Since the plaintiff was a minor when the incident happened, they have chosen to remain anonymous in the suit.
The latest revelations have led to netizens linking the dots and discussing a viral video of the past from the 2003 MTV VMAs.

In the particular video, Diddy can be seen in conversation with child artist Daveigh Chase if she will be a part of the after party which he was hosting.
Incidentally, Daveigh Chase had bagged the Best Villain Award for her portrayal of Samara in the 2002 flick ‘The Ring Diddy’ and the award was presented by actor Ashton Kutcher at the 2003 MTV VMAs.
A Reddit user who went by the name @killerCroc1234567 was the first to post on the social media platform and cited Deadline’s most recent lawsuit against the beleaguered music baron and also gave a chronological description of what happened.
Some users also claimed that Ashton Kutcher was an accomplice in Diddy’s sexual misdemeanours. However, Daveigh Chase has not publicly commented or given her say on the story.
Daveigh Chase has been in the industry since she was a toddler and apart from her role in ‘The Ring’ she has also appeared in numerous films, TV Shows and advertisements.
Daveigh Chase as a child artist was singing and acting right from the tender age of three. Born in July 1990 to Cathy Chase and John Schwallier, she grew up in Albany Oregon. She got her first break in a Cambell soup commercial. She also lent her voice to several Disney Projects.
Sean ‘Diddy” Combs is facing a slew of charges which include sex trafficking and was arrested on September 16. He has been accused of coercing and abusing women for years with the help of his associates and employees. He is also accused of covering up his actions by employing blackmail and violence including arson and physical battery.
