(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) is responding to a crash on I-25 in Northern Colorado Springs. The crash has closed two southbound lanes between Northgate Boulevard and Baptist Road exits.
On Monday, Oct. 14 at approximately 4:28 p.m. CSP responded to a call of a three-car crash on I-25 near North Gate Boulevard. CSP told FOX21 News a truck rolled off the side of I-25 and the driver, a 69-year-old man from Palmer Lake, was taken to a hospital where he later died.
CSP said they are still investigating if there were other involved parties and the total number of vehicles involved in the crash.
There is no estimated time for the roadway to be fully opened.
