(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that a crash between a motorcycle and pedestrian at the intersection of East Kiowa Street and North Tejon Street in the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 29, left one person injured.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, officers responded to a crash around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. A southbound motorcycle on Tejon Street collided with a pedestrian crossing westbound in the crosswalk on the south side of the intersection.
CSPD Communications said all intersection lanes were closed for about an hour.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries, which were not reported to have been serious. The investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been filed against either person.
