Misconduct included a £12,300 flight from London to Nice in 2018 for transferring art and jewellery.

Funds also paid for Campbell’s stay at a five-star hotel in Cannes, France.

An invoice showed €7,939.75 (£6,616) was spent on cigs, spa treatments, and room service. Another €4,000 to €5,000 went on security.

Trustees failed to show how these were cost-effective, said the report.

It was previously found that the charity spent £1.6million on a gala but gave only £5,000 to good causes over 15 months.

Fashion for Relief was dissolved and removed from the register of charities this year.

Some £344,000 has been recovered and £98,000 of funds protected, the regulator said.

The model, 54, is banned for five years, with fellow trustees Bianka Hellmich barred for nine years and Veronica Chou for four.
