A WOMAN has told how her IUD led to an eye-watering sex injury.
Hayley Davies claims to have left her lover with “a chunk of his member” missing, while she had to get hospital treatment.

Hayley had a tiny device implanted into the womb as contraception.
It releases copper (IUD) or hormones (called an IUS in the UK) to prevent a pregnancy. It stays in the womb for up to five to ten years.
But the IUD can in rare cases move or come out of the womb, usually within three months of it being fitted.
Hayley was being interviewed by Ana Nello, a content creator and model dedicated to tackling sexual stigma.
She interviews women about their most memorable sexual experiences.
The 28-year-old – who makes six figures a year – has a huge audience, with 1.2 million Instagram followers viewing her new video series, titled What’s Her @.
In one of the latest interviews, Ana talks to fellow model Hayley who had to rush to hospital after she and her lover suffered the gruesome sex injury.
“It’s so important for women to talk about their sexual experiences openly because that’s the best way to remove feelings of shame around sex,” said Ana.
“I never really get shocked by what people tell me anymore – I’ve heard it all.
“I hope that my video series makes other women and men feel good about themselves and their sex lives.
“Sex injuries happen – it’s completely normal.”
In the video, Hayley explains the incident in detail.
“I broke a guy’s dick during sex,” she said.
“So, this hot army boy that I was hooking up with hit my IUD and it like ripped a chunk out of his c***.
“And not just that, it actually cut my cervix and I had to go to hospital and get it removed.”
She continued: “I felt bad for the guy.
“I told him not to go that hard.”
Hayley also confesses that while she went to hospital, her lover reportedly didn’t – despite the “chunk” of flesh that he came off his penis.
They were having sex in the missionary position when the incident took place.
She said: “… [..] we got into the shower [after the sex] and I saw that [the injury] and then I realised how much pain I was in.
“So it was like after the [sexual] experience.”
It seems neither of the lovers were too put off by the incident, as the model confesses that they did in fact hook up again once, once “everything healed”.
She added: “You gotta be dedicated to the process.”
Can an IUD cause harm during sex?
It is very rare for an IUD to hurt somebody during sex, or even to come out.
When you get an IUD fitted, the doctor or nurse will teach you how to check to see if it is still in place because there is a risk of it moving out of place.
Your partner should not be able to feel your IUD during sex -if they can, it is advised to see a GP or nurse for a check-up.
This is because the IUD is placed into the womb which sits above the vagina, which is where penetrative sex occurs.
If is is felt, it suggests the IUD has moved out of place.
However, there are two short strings that are attached to the IUD that stick out through the cervix – the opening of the womb.
The cervix is like a small, doughnut-shaped cushion that only has a tiny opening (unless during labour, when it opens).
Rarely the partner may feel these strings during sexual activity and if they are interfering, you could see your GP or nurse

A FOOTBALL match in Colombia was suspended last night after a huge fight broke out in the stands, leaving at least 20 people injured.
The Prima A clash between Atletico Nacional and Atletico Junior descended into chaos in the second half as Marino Hinestroza made it 2-0 to the hosts.

Visiting fans allegedly jumped into the home section, sparking a huge brawl with Nacional supporters.
Players watched the horror scenes unfold before referee Nolberto Ararat officially paused the match.
They eventually rushed back to the dressing room when the fight spilled onto the pitch.
Some rioters could be seen wielding knives, sticks and machetes as the chaos escalated.
Desperate fans attempted to jump down to the lower stand to get away from the danger.
According to reports in Colombia, at least 20 people were injured with many taken to nearby medical centres.
Those who suffered injuries were taken down to the lower part of the Atanasio Girardot Stadium for treatment from the Red Cross.
Riot police were forced to intervene, but the brawl spilled onto the outskirts of the stadium.
According to regional newspaper El Heraldo, stun grenades were heard as police attempted to disperse the crowds.
The match was eventually abandoned after 55 minutes due to the violence.
Manuel Villa, Medellin’s Secretary of Security, later condemned the horrific violence.
He said: “Football should be a celebration of peace, and the culture of football is a collective commitment.
“But if someone doesn’t understand that, they have no place in this celebration: those masquerading as fans who create these situations and act outside the law are not fans, but criminals and should be treated as such. Irresponsible!
“There will be sanctions, and measures will be taken as necessary.”

But there’s still one change to the much-loved sweets that is dividing opinion – and that’s the wrappers.

The discussion comes after Quality Street announced the return of the coffee creme in time for Christmas
“Just opened the tin of Quality Street forgetting about the crappy new wrappers and that’s my Christmas ruined,” one person sighed in a post on Reddit.
However, others insisted the new eco-friendly paper wrappers – which were introduced in October 2022 after 86 years of using foil ones – were much better than the originals.
“I appreciate your disappointment; however, the new wrappers have (thus far) prevented any of the strawberry creme and orange creme chocolates from leaking/sticking on the wrappers,” someone replied.
“At first I was not a fan, but I think I am now won over,” another agreed.
“Still not a fan of the ‘tiny’ 650g tins though!”
“With the shiny gone, I thought we would struggle to enjoy them,” a third said.
“A day in, we are already pretty used to it/forgotten what the old wrappers for each choc was.
“Power through – you’ll get there!”
“I had not considered the leakage…. I mean I’ll probably struggle through the tin even so,” the original poster replied.
“But yes they’re much smaller now.”
And others admitted they used to use the colourful foil wrappers for other purposes too.
“I used to put the coloured wrappers over my glasses and make ‘Christmas vision’ – think rose tinted spectacles…” one wrote.
“It made the world more vibrant and colourful!
“Now what am I supposed to do?”
“Yet another person’s Christmas ruined….” the poster replied.
“The best bit about Quality Street was looking through the coloured cellophane to pretend the world was yellow,” another agreed.
Where can I get Quality Street's coffee creme?
The first pick and mix station opened on Wednesday (September 25) at John Lewis's flagship store on Oxford Street.
Other participating stores will begin rolling out the sections throughout October.
However, if you don’t live near a John Lewis, you can still get your hands on Quality Street’s coffee creme chocolates.
They will also be available in a limited-edition cracker at Waitrose and John Lewis stores for £5.50.
Shoppers can also buy a bag of coffee creme chocolates to add to their current Quality Street tins for £4.50.
“I used to use the wrappers for arts and crafts as a kid and I also used to look at the the tree lights through the wrappers!” a third wrote.
“I even loved the smell of them. God I miss being a kid!”
“They used to be like opening a tin of jewels, twinkling and gleaming in the Christmas lights,” someone else said.
“It was one of those little things that made Christmas magical.
“Now they just look matte, flat and dull. Utterly s**t, Christmas ruined indeed.”
Quality Street announced this week that the coffee creme will be available once again this Christmas.
But fans won’t find the iconic flavour in the usual Quality Street tubs.
Instead, the coffee-flavour fondant wrapped in dark chocolate will join the 11 other Quality Street sweets at pick and mix stations across selected John Lewis stores in the UK.

AN ICONIC fashion and homeware chain is making a triumphant return to the high street with the opening of its first new store next month.
Cath Kidston, which closed all its high street locations in June 2023, will unveil a brand new store on 18 October, The Sun can reveal.

Renowned for its charming floral designs and quirky vintage-style homeware, Cath Kidston has been a beloved fixture on the British high street since 1993.
However, the retailer entered administration in April 2020 and was subsequently rescued by Next through a pre-pack administration deal last year.
Next acquired the Cath Kidston brand name, domain names, and intellectual property for £8.5 million last year.
But, the agreement did not include any of the brand’s physical shops.
As a result, Cath Kidston’s four remaining standalone stores closed their doors for the final time in June 2023.
Since then, shoppers have only been able to purchase Cath Kidston products exclusively through Next, both online and in-store.
This will change on Friday, 18 October, when the chain’s first new store since its sale to Next will open.
The new shop, which is now being teased in a video on Cath Kidston’s Instagram page, will be located at Westfield White City, London.
Cath Kidston posted on Instagram and said: “Why yes. Yes, you guessed right.
“We do indeed we have a new home opening soon. Can anyone tell where in London we’ll be opening our doors?”
Next refused to comment when The Sun asked if it has plans for more store openings in the future.
HISTORY OF CATH KIDSTON
CATH Kidston was founded in 1993 by Cath Kidston, a British designer known for her vintage-inspired prints and nostalgic floral patterns.
The first shop opened in London’s Holland Park, initially selling hand-embroidered tea towels and brightly coloured furniture.
Over the years, the brand expanded its range to include clothing, accessories, and homeware, quickly becoming a beloved name in British fashion and design.
Cath Kidston’s distinctive aesthetic, often characterised by whimsical and cheerful motifs, has garnered a loyal following both in the UK and internationally.
At its peak, the retailer operated out of more than 200 stores.
Despite facing financial challenges and ownership changes, the brand continues to be celebrated for its quintessentially British charm and creativity.
RETAIL WOES
Cath Kidston initially collapsed into administration back in April 2023.
The retailer immediately closed 60 UK stores, leaving 908 staff members redundant.
Earlier in 2023, it took a stake in baby and maternity clothing retailer JoJo Maman Bebe.
Cath Kidston isn’t the only bust chain to be reopening high street store.
Fashion chain M&Co returned to the high street in April after previously collapsing into administration and closing all stores.
The chain opened its first new store on May 3 in Newton Mearns, Scotland.
Why are retailers closing shops?
EMPTY shops have become an eyesore on many British high streets and are often symbolic of a town centre’s decline.
The Sun’s business editor Ashley Armstrong explains why so many retailers are shutting their doors.
In many cases, retailers are shutting stores because they are no longer the money-makers they once were because of the rise of online shopping.
Falling store sales and rising staff costs have made it even more expensive for shops to stay open. In some cases, retailers are shutting a store and reopening a new shop at the other end of a high street to reflect how a town has changed.
The problem is that when a big shop closes, footfall falls across the local high street, which puts more shops at risk of closing.
Retail parks are increasingly popular with shoppers, who want to be able to get easy, free parking at a time when local councils have hiked parking charges in towns.
Many retailers including Next and Marks & Spencer have been shutting stores on the high street and taking bigger stores in better-performing retail parks instead.
Boss Stuart Machin recently said that when it relocated a tired store in Chesterfield to a new big store in a retail park half a mile away, its sales in the area rose by 103%.
In some cases, stores have been shut when a retailer goes bust, as in the case of Wilko, Debenhams Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and Paperchase to name a few.
What’s increasingly common is when a chain goes bust a rival retailer or private equity firm snaps up the intellectual property rights so they can own the brand and sell it online.
They may go on to open a handful of stores if there is customer demand, but there are rarely ever as many stores or in the same places.
MORE STORE OPENINGS
Several major retailers are defying the trend of store closures by actively opening new shops.
German discounter Aldi has announced it will open 35 new UK stores this year. The openings form part of Aldi‘s long-term target of operating 1,500 stores in the UK.
Purepay Retail Limited , the parent company of Bonmarché, Edinburgh Woollen Mill (EWM) and Peacocks, Purepay Retail Limited, has said it wants to open 100 new high street stores over the next 18 months.

THE best hotels in the world have been revealed, from beachfront resorts to towering city skyscrapers.
And I was lucky enough to visit one during my trip to Hong Kong, when I stayed in The Peninsula.

The Peninsula, which came in fourth, is the oldest in Hong Kong having opened in 1928, and nicknamed the “Grande Dame of the Far East.”
They certainly show you on arrival why they are the creme de la creme.
All guests get picked up from the airport in their own branded Rolls-Royce cars in Peninsula green, as well as a complimentary newspaper inside.
It’s not always faster, what with Hong Kong traffic sometimes making the public transport a quicker option.
But it’s certainly one in style.
The grand Art Deco lobby is rather breathtaking too, with huge marble columns and glass chandeliers lining the corridors,
I was stunned that all of the staff seemed to know my name by day two of staying (and not because of any bad behaviour).
The rooms
With 300 rooms, the best ones are the suites overlooking the river.
My room had its own lounge, bedroom and two bathrooms (one for ‘guests’) with the main one having a corner bath overlooking the city.
My bedroom even had its own telescope for looking out to the waterfront.
One very exciting element I had never seen were drawers that had their own chargers in, as well as wireless chargers.
The food and drink
There is enough to explore in Hong Kong but the hotel does its best to keep you there.
There is its own on-site chocolate shop, where you can watch as they make everything in house.
I was greeted by a different chocolate work of art in my room most days, from planes to passports… all handcrafted.
You won’t get hungry with the huge number of restaurants on-site either.
There is the one Michelin-star Gaddi’s, serving French cuisine, as well as the Michelin-starred Spring Moon serving traditional Cantonese.

The breakfast buffet highlight was the cold noodles and congeekara godfrey
A Swiss-themed restaurant will take you straight to the Alps, or you can go to the Japanese restaurant Imasa.
The rooftop bar Felix is a must too with even more amazing views, abd tge miost deliciously fresh melon yuzu cocktails.
I dined with their nine course menu with all of the decadent dishes you can think of – by that I mean truffle gnocchi and juicy scallops.
What we didn’t realise was there is often an evening light show, which was an amazing surprise as we finished off our drinks.
I also tried the hotels’ amazing breakfast buffet in the Verandah restaurant, which blew me away with the choice.
Already a dim-sum obsessive, every morning i gorged on juicy prawn dumplings, refreshing cold noodle soups and my favourite – congee (think a savoury rice porridge).
Of course there were also Western options if you don’t fancy the local cuisine.
The only sad thing was not being able to sit outside, but there was nothing tempting me to be in the humidity.
What is it like to go to Hong Kong?
The Sun’s Deputy Travel Editor Kara Godfrey visited Hong Kong – and found amazing food and stunning beaches.
Hong Kong is the perfect stopover destination between trips to Australia and New Zealand, and is easier to get around that London.
The Metro is simpler than the London Underground and you can even hop on a “ding ding,” one of the many double-decker trams.
But exploring by foot, a food tour let me explore everything from mango tofu puddings, egg waffles and milk teas.
If you fancy a quieter hike, less than an hour from the city centre is Sai Kung, known as the “back garden of Hong Kong”.
The region’s bright-blue waters and hiking trails, as well as the golden sandy beaches surrounded by huge green slopes, made me feel like I was in Hawaii.
Its bar scene is unmatched too, from the Early Grey Caviar Martinis at Quinary named one of Asia’s best bars, or Ozone, the highest rooftop bar in the world.
The amenities
The Peninsula has is its own shopping arcade, albeit with expensive designer brands such as Chanel and Prada.
And the extremely beautiful swimmingpool on the ground floor comes with ornate water fountains and sun loungers.
Make sure to check out the spa with massages also overlooking the Hong Kong skyline.
You can even tour its helicopter pads on the roof which only the elite guests use.
Even if you can’t stretch to a stay at the hotel, you can book its famous Afternoon Tea, loved by the locals and with live music.
