United remained in Portugal following their Europa League draw with Porto on Thursday[/caption]

The Red Devils travel to Villa Park in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

It comes after Harry Maguire’s late header rescued a point in Portugal on Thursday night.

Following their Europa League match, though, United remained in the country overnight.

As a result, the players trained at the nearby Estadio do Bessa in Porto on Friday.

The 28,263-capacity stadium has been home to top flight side Boavista since it was built in 1911.

It also hosted three matches at Euro 2004 after being renovated ahead of the tournament.

United’s players were pictured on the pitch on Friday for a session ahead of their flight back to England.

The likes of Antony, Harry Maguire, Kobbie Mainoo and Joshua Zirkzee were all put through their paces.

Following their session, the squad returned to Manchester to continue preparing for Sunday’s match.

Ten Hag is looking to secure a first win since the 7-0 thrashing of Barnsley in the Carabao Cup last month.

Man Utd ratings vs Porto

MAN UTD ended up with a 3-3 draw after throwing away a 2-0 lead away to Porto.

Here’s how SunSport’s Dylan Terry rated the Red Devils’ stars performances in Portugal

Andre Onana – 6/10

Reacted brilliantly the first time he was called into action with a flying save, only for Porto to score the rebound.

Porto then scored with their next shot on target too – Omorodion’s header – and Onana could do little about the excellent finish for Porto’s third.

Made two great stops to keep Man Utd in the game.

Noussair Mazraoui – 4

Looked fairly stable in the first 45 minutes but waned as the game went on.

All at sea at the start of the second half as Porto cut through the right-hand side of Man Utd’s defence with ease.

Matthijs de Ligt – 4

Looked imposing in the air as he dealt with Porto’s crosses from both sides, but then failed to get in front of Omorodion for the hosts’ second goal.

Like most of the Man Utd side, his performance dropped as the game went on and he was bullied by Porto’s No9.

Lisandro Martinez – 4

Should have reacted quicker for the first Porto goal as Pepe got ahead of him to nod into an empty net – with Martinez static on the six-yard box.

There is clearly not much of a partnership with De Ligt as Porto pulled them apart all evening.

Diogo Dalot – 4

Porto enjoyed a lot of success down Man Utd’s left-hand side and Dalot looked all at sea on several occasions.

Had little help from Martinez but still looked exposed.

Casemiro – 3

Anonymous yet again in Man Utd’s midfield – the ball just passes him by.

Could not even manage one of his customary fouls.

Christian Eriksen – 5

Looked leggy out of possession but produced an impressive run before laying it off to Hojlund for Man Utd’s second goal.

Then failed to make much more of an impact and his delivery from wide areas left a lot to be desired.

Bruno Fernandes – 4

A damning indictment of Man Utd’s current predicament as Fernandes was shown a red card for a second successive game.

Two high boots, two yellow cards, and another early bath for the Portuguese playmaker – who had worked tirelessly prior to his dismissal.

Amad Diallo – 5

Very quiet aside from one burst through the middle as Rashford received all of the ball over the other side.

Replaced by Antony who arguably created even less.

Rasmus Hojlund – 7

Made his case for starting ahead of Joshua Zirkzee with a goal, firing beyond Costa at the near post.

Held it up and then showed his strength and pace to run at Porto before the break – showing little rustiness in his first start of the season.

Marcus Rashford – 8

Rashford showed his directness for the opening goal, driving at the Porto back line and forcing the error from Costa.

A constant threat in the first half as he assisted Hojlund’s strike.

But he was then surprisingly hooked at the break, a decision that will need an explanation from Ten Hag.

United scored a stoppage time equaliser to draw 3-3 with Porto[/caption]

The Dutchman is under mounting pressure following defeat to Tottenham and Thursday’s Europa League collapse.

United had raced into a two-goal lead before Porto’s turnaround and needed a stoppage time strike from Maguire to rescue a point.

Meanwhile, co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has failed to back Ten Hag after admitting it will not be his decision if he is sacked.

Instead, CEO Omar Berrada and sporting director Dan Ashworth will be the ones to decide on his future.

Now her hair is thick and healthy thanks to a ten-second treatment[/caption]

The 28-year-old revealed she was suffering with androgenic alopecia also known as female pattern hair loss and is a condition common in both men and women.

For women, the hair loss usually starts with thinness on top of the head, jut like Hannah had.

There are various reasons this sort of hair loss occurs but the most common in women is hormonal imbalances.

Hannah first showed off the bald patches in her hair from a year ago – you could visibly see where her hair loss was in the back and top of her head.

She then showed how her hair is looking now – and her locks looked thick and healthy once more.

Hannah then revealed the products she was using that really worked to grow her hair back.

“So I’m coming up to my year anniversary of taking Oral Minoxidil,” she captioned the post.

“And I’m two months into my Spironolactone journey.

“Happy with the results but looking forward to seeing what 6 months on Spiro looks like!”

Hannah revealed she was going through a dermatologist for her treatment but there is a way to get your hands on Oral Minoxidil.

Hair growth company Manual offer a monthly prescription of Oral Minoxidil for just £15 a month.

All you have to do is take one tablet a day and you should begin to see results in a few months.

Minoxidil is a proven treatment that works for hair loss and can be applied to the scalp or taken orally.

The clip posed to her TikTok account @hannahshairlossjourney quickly went viral with over 600k views and 8,000 likes.

Everything you need to know about hair loss

Marie Nieuwoudt, a Group Education Manager at CLOUD NINE told Fabulous everything you need to know regarding hair loss.

What are the common causes of hair loss?

Marie explained: “There are so many reasons why someone may face hair loss.

“The number one reason is usually hormonal changes or underlying health conditions (like thyroid conditions), and stress of
course also plays a big part in changes to your hair health.

“But another very common day-to-day cause is excessive damage to your hair created by mistakes in your styling routines – and this a
big one to be aware of for people who are regularly applying heat to their hair!

“It’s important to know the right temperature for your hair type when using styling tools, as this is essential in reducing unintentional heat damage.

“I also see a lot of people facing hair loss resulting from hereditary conditions, which are passed down from generation to generation.”

What are the best hairstyles people should try to reduce their hair loss?

According to Marie: “Less is more when it comes to hair loss! It’s important to be gentle with your hair, so a low-maintenance style that limits pulling on your scalp will be your best option.

“Putting your hair up in a tight ponytail or adding hair clips can cause stress points at the roots.

“Instead, try leaving your hair down, or out.

“You’re not limited in your options, but it pays to be intentional with your hair styling. Using tools which limit damage to your hair is vital.

“Discussing your concerns with a hairdresser or hair loss specialist is also a great way to find styles that suit your specific needs, whilst still making sure you look and feel your best.”

How long does it take for hair loss to stop?

If you’re itching to know when your hair will grow back, Marie confirmed: “Hair loss is a personal journey – and it’s different for everyone, so it’s very difficult to put exact timings on this process.

“Every head of hair is unique, and so too is your hair loss experience.

“As always, you can speak to a professional hairdresser or trichologist about your specific concerns and hair changes, and they’ll be able to help you manage those expectations.

“I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to be kind to your hair. Most people treat their hair quite roughly, and this is something you definitely want to avoid when dealing with hair loss in particular.

“Make sure you’re choosing products and styling routines that you know are good for your hair, rather than causing additional damage.”

People were quick to praise her results and thank her for the glimmer of hope as they battled their own hair loss.

One person wrote: “You encouraged me to start.”

Another commented: “Hey! Congratulations!!! That’s an amazing result!”

“This gives me hope for my hair,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Great results. Hope you’re doing ok. Your hair looks fantastic.”

“Incredible!” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “This gives me a little hope! I’m one week into oral minoxidil and my hair looks like your before.”
