Incredible collection of luxury classic cars including £110k Porsche & £300k BMW hidden inside London PIZZA shop

PETROLHEADS can find an incredible collection of luxury classic cars hidden inside a pizza shop.

Fans can “indulge in delicious sourdough pizzas” in the presence of some of the rarest cars on the market – just watch out for greasy fingers.

The stunning stable is housed at 67 Sourdough, a family-style pizzeria in North London.

Walk through the door and you could be forgiven for thinking it’s just an everyday restaurant, but look a little closer and you’ll find it is home to an automotive treasure trove.

Every motor in the collection looks to be in museum-ready condition and is carefully maintained by an expert team.

It helps that the outlet is right next to Hexagon Classics, a garage and dealer specialising in rare vehicles.

And the set includes some of the most desirable motors money can buy.

A video tour of the exhibit by The London Kids, a social media savvy family who recommend the best days out in the capital, showed some of the amazing models on offer.

Among them was a Porsche 911 from 1985, worth around £110,000 and a gorgeous Lancia Flaminia from 1959, which sell for a similar amount.

The jewel in the crown, though, was a 1990 BMW E30 M3 Sport Evolution.

With only 600 ever made, primarily for the European market, the Sport Evo is one of the rarest cars out there.

This example was in the original black, which is even harder to track down these days.

The one listing SunMotors could find online had the model at a whopping £300,000.

Guests can sit at rustic wooden tables and enjoy “lovingly prepped” pizzas from just £11.90 just feet away from the gorgeous cars.

One wall of the dining area is made up of a large floor-to-ceiling window, through which fans can ogle the motors as they eat.

All the dough is made from the 67-year-old sourdough starter that owners PJ and Cam maintain as carefully as the cars.

You can book the restaurant out for events, use it as a shared workspace or just head over as a fun day out.

And it’s just a few minutes walk from East Finchley station, which sits on the northern line and boasts excellent links to central London.

It comes after a Ford coupe that starred in an iconic Blur music video went up for sale at a bargain price.

My boyfriend sent me a £20 bill for dinner – I’m considering paying to keep the peace but people beg me to bin him off

A NO-SHOW at a dinner date spiralled into a heated argument when one woman was asked to reimburse the cost of the home-cooked meal.

She had been single for “many years” before sparking up a relationship with her cash-strapped boyfriend.

The woman said they had been together for just a “couple of months,” when her boyfriend lost his job.

She described their relationship as “tense” since the company he worked for closed down.

“Due to this, most of our dates have been at his house (he can’t come to my house as I flat share),” she wrote on Mumsnet

“I have bought him little things here and there (not expensive just bits of food) to help him get by.

“Last week, he asked me to come to his flat again.

“This time I told him ‘no’ as I was tired of making the trip all the way to his and if he could come to meet me near where I am and we could go out somewhere (nothing expensive).

“He said ‘ok’ but I didn’t sound keen.”

When the day arrived, her boyfriend failed to get in contact with her, which she assumed was because he was worried about the cost of travel.

She chose not to confront him but was later bombarded with phone calls while at a work event.

“He asked me where I was and that I had promised to go to his and that he had brought food for me,” she said.

“I told him that nothing was confirmed that it was me that I was expecting to hear but left it.

“He then accused me of cheating and lying about where I was.”

She was horrified when hours later he sent her a screenshot of a receipt for food totalling £20.

“I called him back and asked what this was for and he said that he wanted me to pay him back for the food he bought,” she said.

“I told him ‘No way,’ especially since I have bought him things here and there and haven’t asked him to pay me back.

“He then got upset and said that he is expecting me to pay him back either way, accused me of cheating and got a bit angry over the phone.”

She confessed to considering paying him back “just to keep the peace” and suggested there may have been “miscommunication on both sides.”

“Interested to hear anyone’s thoughts,” she said, asking for opinions.

An overwhelming amount of responses to the post urged the woman to break up with her boyfriend because he demanded the money.

“If you definitely said ‘No’ and he went ahead and bought food then that’s his problem,” one person said.

“Plus, what exactly has he bought for £20 that is so special it won’t go in the fridge and he can eat it himself over the next few days?

“I would walk away from this.”

How do most couples split finances when dating?

According to IFA, the financial data company Clear Score surveyed thousands of UK-based couples to find out how they manage their money.

The majority of participants said they split costs 50/50, while just two in five couples split their bills according to income.

Despite money being the number one trigger of arguments, one in six people had hidden debt from their partner and one in four had hidden purchases.

Over a quarter of the couples surveyed described their relationship as “financially unequal.”

Others argued being accused of cheating was a “red flag” that justified ghosting him.

“People are saying dump him because this is not an adult relationship,” one person said.

“To simplify, you told him you would not visit him, but he was welcome to visit you. No firm plans are made.

“He ignores this. He obsessively calls you whilst you are out.

“He makes false accusations against you. He starts a fight over a paltry amount. He got angry over a miscommunication.

“This could be an attempt to control you or manipulate you as you didn’t want to go to his. Or it could just be him being an immature d**k.

“Either way, he is not relationship material. He is a red flag that could be viewed as a controlling jerk.”

“Never contact this man again,” another wrote.

“If he’s behaving like this in a new relationship then I can’t imagine what he’ll be like once a bit more comfortable

“Jealously is such a horrible colour.”

Fears Chinese cars could SPY on you with gadgets that can track drivers – & even remotely OVERRIDE vehicles’ controls

FEARS are growing in the West over whether Chinese-made cars could be used as tools for espionage as vehicles are becoming increasingly connected.

Equipped with sophisticated sensors, GPS systems, and communication tools, these cars collect vast amounts of data, making them potential surveillance devices in the eyes of security experts.

The vehicles can gather vast amount of data as they’re equipped with sophisticated sensors, GPS systems, and communication tools[/caption] an advertisement for a chinese car that says eye on the road

Today’s vehicles are no longer just modes of transportation, but rather data hubs on wheels.

Modern electric and smart cars — loaded with cameras, microphones, GPS tracking, and internet-connected gadgets — can collect enormous amounts of information and even remotely vehicles’ controls.

Everything from your location and driving habits to your conversations and personal contacts could potentially be accessed and transmitted.

The GPS, for instance, could track the driver’s movements, while mics used for voice activation and hands-free calls could also be hacked.

And driverless technology could be overridden by a malicious actor to steer the vehicle.

For Chinese car manufacturers like BYD, Geely, and NIO, this wealth of data could be invaluable — not just for improving car functionality but potentially for more wicked purposes.

Western governments are increasingly worried that this data, particularly when handled by Chinese companies, might be shared with the Chinese government, creating a serious national security risk.

At the heart of this concern is China’s Cybersecurity Law, which compels companies to store data on Chinese soil and to cooperate with the government when national security is involved.

For Chinese car manufacturers with global ambitions, this law has sparked fears in the West that data collected from cars driven in Europe or the US could be funnelled back to Beijing.

The Biden administration, for instance, last week announced intentions to outlaw parts “with a sufficient nexus” to China, raising concerns about the increasing number of Chinese components included in electric and potential self-driving cars.

Chinese parts for automated driving and vehicle connectivity will not be allowed, according to the US Department of Commerce, which claimed that “malicious access” may enable enemies to “remotely manipulate cars on American roads.”

Gina Raimondo, Biden’s commerce secretary, said the plans were “targeted, proactive” steps to protect America.

She said: “Cars today have cameras, microphones, GPS tracking and other technologies connected to the internet.

“It doesn’t take much imagination to understand how a foreign adversary with access to this information could pose a serious risk to both our national security and the privacy of US citizens.”

The proposal, which will now go through a comment period, is the White House’s latest attempt to limit China’s influence in the vehicle manufacturing supply chain, the BBC reports.

The White House has also increased duties on electric cars, batteries for electric vehicles, and a variety of other commodities.

It has also prohibited the purchase of Chinese-made cargo cranes, warning of cyber-security risks.

China’s foreign ministry, meanwhile, called the move “discriminatory”.

Much like the controversies surrounding Chinese tech giant Huawei, whose telecommunications equipment has been banned or restricted in several countries over similar fears, Chinese cars are now being scrutinised for their potential to serve as digital Trojan horses.

While the data these vehicles collect might seem harmless to the average consumer, for governments and corporations, the risks are much higher.

Imagine a government official, military officer, or corporate executive driving a Chinese-made vehicle.

That car could theoretically track their location, listen in on conversations, or gather data about sensitive sites they visit.

Such scenarios, while speculative, are enough to cause alarm among Western intelligence agencies.

The idea that a foreign power could exploit connected cars for espionage has led to increasing regulatory scrutiny in the US and Europe by security experts,

According to James Lewis, a former US official at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, US officials drafting a ban on Chinese interference became concerned after Volt Typhoon, a state-backed hacking network, compromised internet-connected devices in US critical infrastructure for years.

He said: “It was the finding that the Chinese attacked American critical infrastructure and put malicious software on critical infrastructure, that was a lot of what drove this.

“If they’re willing to do that, what else are they willing to do? Suppose the day that something bad happens in Taiwan, they turn off all the cars in San Diego.”

According to Biden administration officials, just discouraging the sale of Chinese vehicles was insufficient, because modules like these could be marketed inside Western cars.

Lewis speculated that the ban’s lengthy schedule – some of the anticipated limits will not go into effect until 2029 – was intended to allow German firms time to identify alternative sources.

US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan added: “We’ve already seen ample evidence that [China] pre-positioned malware in our critical infrastructure for disruption and sabotage.

“And with potentially millions of vehicles on the road, each with 10- to 15-year life spans, the risks of disruption and sabotage increase dramatically.”

Beijing has never been confirmed to use automotive supply chains to spy on the West (though a Chinese tracking device was allegedly discovered inside a UK government vehicle last year).

However, escalating tensions between the West and China indicate that the chance is sufficient.

Sam, 31, was announced on ITV’s This Morning today and appeared in the studio dressed as a snowman.

Hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard were given the job of identifying two of the celebrities today, and revealed who was inside the costume.

Cat started to chant: “Take it off, take if off, take it off!”

Sam told them: “I was glad to take that off, I’m sweating!

“It’s something I always wanted to do. It came about and it was one of them. I hadn’t thought about it in the past, the press office mentioned it and I thought yeah.”

Sam said he auditioned to get a basic sence of what it would be like.

He said: “They basically stand you on the ice. But I got a real buzz experiencing it a little bit.”

Sam added: “My son is pretty excited about it, he’s only young but when I told him he said, ‘can I come, can I come?’ He’s only four!”

Sam began his acting career at the age of five in an ad promoting school uniforms for Asda.

He was then picked to appear in an advert for Warburtons bread.

The Sun also revealed iconic EastEnders villain Charlie Brooks has signed up to appear.

Charlie, 43, who played superbitch Janine Butcher in Albert Square, is the latest star to join the ITV celebrity skate show.

It comes after she won I’m a Celebrity . . . in 2012.

A telly source said: “Charlie’s a brilliant signing.

“She has a huge fanbase from EastEnders and has tons of personality and feisty energy.

“The ITV bookers hope she can recreate some of her on-screen I’m a Celeb magic.

“They are making the most of the fact many female stars have avoided Strictly this year amid all the scandal.

“It’s going to be a belting line-up.”

Charlie left BBC1’s EastEnders in 2022 and has since played the Child Catcher in a West End production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Ferne and Charlie join The Traitors model Mollie Pearce, 22, and soap actress Chelsee Healey, 36, in Dancing on Ice 2025.
