‘She’s a master manipulator’ say MAFS UK fans as they spot clue Eve is to blame for relationship issues with Charlie
MAFS UK fans have accused Eve of “manipulating” her bride Charlie as they take sides over the struggling couple.
Viewers have seen the pair clash a number of times on the E4 show.
EVe and Charlie have been strugglig to make it work[/caption]But some think Eve is behaving differently in front of the group.
One said on X: “Eve is only ever nice to Charlie just before a dinner party or when they have to sit on the couch with the experts… VERY telling.”
Another agreed: “I agree but I don’t like the way Eve is manipulating the situation infront of the group when she’s emotionally abusing Charlie & acting different behind the scenes
Another said: “I cant stand how Eve is emotionally manipulating Charlie & playing the victim to the other girls.”
Eve, a fitness instructor from Belfast and now infamous star of MAFS, married co-star Charlie the day they met.
After explosive rows and Charlie quitting their honeymoon in tears, viewers have seen them agreeing to give their TV marriage another go.
However, she was caught kissing and holding her new lover in the airport before flying back to Belfast from the Spanish island, best known for its party scene.
The photo, which shows Eve, 31, and her new lover standing in the queue at the check-in desk, was taken around 11:45 on Sunday.
An onlooker told The Sun the couple was seen kissing multiple times, and when Eve noticed them, she put up her hood to better hide her face.
The onlooker said: “As a fan of MAFS UK I was shocked to see Eve with her hand around someone else other than Charlie.
“I was really rooting for them and they were one of my favourite couples.”
“[Eve] seemed really loved up with the girl at the airport. She had her arm around Eve’s waist as they were waiting to check in their bags.
“[Eve] seemed in a really bad mood. Then when we took the photo she put up her hood as if she didn’t want to be seen”.

Emmerdale star reveals huge storyline ahead after ‘disappearing’ from ITV soap for months
ITV viewers will be happy to see the return of actress Louise Jameson as she picks back up as Mary Goskirk in the soap.
Emmerdale viewers had become concerned after Mary just seemed to disappear from scenes without warning, with some wondering where she’d got to.
Mary, who is Rhona Goskirk’s mother, had been a prominent character on screen for the ITV soap alongside daughter Rhona and her ex Gus.
Louise Jameson has teamed a bigger storyline for her Emmerdale character after she’s been absent for weeks.[/caption] Louise’s on-screen character Mary Goskirk will take up a position behind the bar at The Woolpack.[/caption]With Gus using Rhona’s embryos to have daughter Ivy alongside his new partner, who later died, it’s been a strong storyline looking at rights over IVF and parenting.
With Rhona now looking after baby Ivy, Mary has been playing the role of doting grandmother but now she will be getting a bigger focus.
Speaking to the Mirror at the Inside Soap Awards, Louise revealed: “They’ve given me such an easy summer, I can’t tell you. But apparently November is really going to hot up.”
She also shared that Mary has still been in the village and not fully written out as she added: “She’s being the supportive grandmother in the background. I think she is looking after Ivy a lot backstage. She’s singing the baby to sleep.”
She also hinted that the new storyline will see her in a new place in the village, as she takes up position behind the bar at The Woolpack.
Louise also revealed that her new job will see ‘Spiky Mary’ return as she breaks up fights and tackles drama head on.
She explained: “I sort out a couple of rows so the spiky Mary is on her way back. I was so pleased.
“When they say you are gonna be behind the bar you think, you’re only there for a year and then every year you’re told it’s a year.
“When you are put behind the bar you think it might be a bit longer.”
Louise has been playing Mary Goskirk in Emmerdale since 2022.
She has previously appeared in series as Doctor Who, Tenko, Bergerac and EastEnders.
When she was 23-years-old, she appeared in Emmerdale for the first time as the character of Sharon Crossthwaite, who became the first person to ever be killed on the show.
Landing the role of Mary in her fifties, Louise has previously spoken out about the struggles of getting a job with regard to her age as she explained: “I felt, as a middle-aged actress, that I had been suddenly totally overlooked.
“My career took a severe dip, and the only way I could get a foot back in the door was either by going back into competition with late-30s, early-40s women…there are plenty about, very beautiful…or creating my own work.
“There didn’t seem to be an alternative, because, with those of us who have lasted this long, the competition’s very very steep.
“Really to immobilise your face when you’re in the business of communicating is an oxymoron. It just doesn’t seem to make sense.”
