The Big Issue reports that their health has gone downhill as a result, in the property which is just one part of Stephen’s £4million portfolio.

TV star Stephen, who was reportedly unaware of the issues his tenants were having at the property, is “mortified” and has “taken issues into his own hands” as a result.

The management agency, Connells, has been contacted several times by the tenants, according to reports, but they’ve been ignored.

Photographs show the severe damp issue, including damp walls with spores.

The tenant involved is a key worker who worked during the Coronavirus crisis, and said: “We worked our butts off as key workers during Covid. Who tunes in to watch and support Stephen Mulhern while we’re paying him rent to live in squalor?

“My housemate pointed out the damp issue during an annual inspection two or three years ago. The agent merely recommended that we ventilate properly and keep the house warm during the winter. We did, but the damp gradually worsened,” as reported by Leicestershire Live.

They added: “It has turned me into a gloomy, rather dour person.

“I’ve become more irritable, and my focus has slipped, leading to frustrating mistakes at work.

“I used to love playing football and exercising regularly that was my outlet. However, I’ve lost all interest in physical activity.”

Connells put in a positive input ventilation system but it helped only temporarily.

The tenant continued to say it’s a “national issue,” and that Stephen is part of that system.

They said: “I despise how little they seem to care. The landlord is a millionaire, profiting off our misery. Stephen Mulhern […] is part of the same system that treats tenants like disposable income streams.”

A spokesperson on behalf of Stephen, told the Mirror: “Stephen was absolutely mortified to learn about this situation and the awful experience the tenant has faced which is clearly unacceptable. Stephen had not been made aware of any of these issues as he relies entirely on an independent company who manage the property on his behalf.

“Having not been aware of the issues until now, Stephen has taken this matter into his own hands immediately and has personally requested for a team of damp specialists to visit the property to make sure that the problems with the ventilation and mould are resolved as a matter of urgency.

“We have contacted the tenant to express sincere apologies for the distress and frustration the management of this matter has caused. This falls way below the standards Stephen expects and he is doing everything possible to remedy this ASAP, and this process is already underway.”

The Apprentice trailer starring Marvel’s Sebastian Stan as Donald Trump REJECTED by major networks

A TRAILER for upcoming movie The Apprentice was rejected to air by major US networks last month during the presidential debates.

The film, which stars Marvel actor Sebastian Stan as Donald Trump in the 70s and 80s, was turned down from having its trailer broadcast during commercial breaks.

The channel refused to air the trailer during coverage of the presidential debate[/caption]

Both CBS and ABC reportedly refused to broadcast the 15-second clip during any of its news coverage or during the broadcast of the live presidential and vice-presidential debates.

The movie’s distributors, Briarcliff Entertainment, confirmed the news to TMZ.

ABC, who broadcast the presidential debate on September 10, told the distributors that they would be avoiding airing any material that could be seen to speak to any “related themes within the broadcast”.

The biographical drama film is set to follow Trump’s early life and career as a businessman in the 70s and 80s.

Trump’s close relationship with New York-based prosecutor Ray Cohn is depicted in the film with one preview from the trailer seeing Ray tell Trump: “The first rule is attack, attack, attack. Rule two, admit nothing, deny everything. Rule three: no matter what happens, you claim victory and never admit defeat.

“You have to be willing to do anything to anyone to win.”

The film has already courted controversy with Trump’s team having already attempted to block its release.

Trump’s campaign communications director Steven Cheung said of the movie: “This garbage is pure fiction which sensationalizes lies that have been long debunked.

“As with the illegal Biden Trials, this is election interference by Hollywood elites, who know that President Trump will retake the White House and beat their candidate of choice because nothing they have done has worked.’

“This ‘film’ is pure malicious defamation, should not see the light of day, and doesn’t even deserve a place in the straight-to-DVD section of a bargain bin at a soon-to-be-closed discount movie store, it belongs in a dumpster fire.”

Among some of the controversial scenes reportedly included in the film are scenes of Trump undergoing liposuction and plastic surgery procedures as well as a scene depicting him violently raping his first wife, Ivana.

In a deposition under oath, Ivana previously claimed Donald had raped her after Donald’s failed hairline surgery.

In 2015, she clarified her comments and stated: “Donald and I are the best of friends, and together we have raised three children that we love and are very proud of. I have nothing but fondness for Donald, and I wish him the best of luck on his campaign.

“I have recently read some comments attributed to me from nearly 30 years ago at a time of very high tension during my divorce from Donald. The story is totally without merit. Donald and I are the best of friends and he would never rape me.”

I wouldn’t mind fighting Roy Keane… he’s not as tough as he makes out, it’s all bravado, claims Premier League legend

ROY KEANE is all bravado and is not as tough as he makes out, according to Harry Redknapp.

The former midfielder has continued his ruthless, no-nonsense approach from his playing career into his punditry work.

He often shoots down opposing views and can be confrontational in the studio, particularly if he thinks colleagues are being too lenient on players.

But Premier League legend Redknapp claims it is all just an act, and joked he would not mind fighting Keane.

He told Soccer PM: “I don’t think Roy Keane‘s as tough as he makes out. It’s all bravado. I wouldn’t mind fighting Roy Keane, actually.”

Keane, 53, built a hardman reputation during his playing career by accumulating 13 red cards.

He also broke Alf Inge Haaland’s leg in a Manchester derby and did not hold back with his aggression on the pitch.

The former Manchester United captain also has several showdowns with managers during his career, most infamously when he slammed Ireland boss Mick McCarthy before leaving the 2002 World Cup early.

Keane was even involved in an altercation earlier this year and allegedly elbowed a fan after he was headbutted during a brawl.

But another football hardman, Scott Brown, has revealed Keane is far from his “horrible” on-pitch persona.

“You can be whoever you want to be on a football pitch but you need to make sure you are a winner.

“You can be the most hated guy in the world; or the nicest guy in the world.

“Look at Jamie Redknapp – the nicest man in football.

“And then you look at Roy Keane – probably a horrible man when he played.

“I never played against him but I can imagine he was horrible.

“Then you go and meet both and Jamie is a lovely man and so is Roy so there is no right way or wrong way.”
