THE former home of Kevin Keegan remains on the market for a whopping £2.25MILLION.

Keegan was put up in the house by then Newcastle owner Sir John Hall, who owned the estate on which it sits.

It was Keegan’s home during his incredible reign at St James’ Park in which he led the club from the Championship to two-time Premier League runners up.

And now some 27 years after his time with the Toon Army came to an end, fans are able to take a peek inside the incredible house he lived in.

The stunning property sits on a whopping 5.4 acres of landscaped gardens and boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

While features of the expansive house include an indoor swimming pool, a wine cellar and a games room with TWO pool tables.

The outside of the property is just as impressive, not least because of its grand facade.

The immaculate gardens are also home to an outdoor tennis court and a parking garage with enough space for THREE cars.

The listing by Jackson-stops describes the house as “an exceptional Georgian country house enjoying a private and exclusive position surrounded by attractive countryside”.

Currently owned by entrepreneur Derrick Collin, the home has been up on the market since July.

The 76-year-old told the Mail: “We bought the house in about 2012-13. It was the stunning location that appealed to us. It’s a great property.

“The privacy and quietness is ideal. You’re only five minutes from the Wynyard Estate but you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside.

“We spent three quarters of a million developing and extending it.

“This is a great house for entertaining, it would be ideal for a family or if you love horses like Keegan did there’s 28 stables on the land.”

Alongside those 28 horse stables, the next owner will be able to enjoy a kitchen garden, wildlife pond and a home office above the garage.

The house is located just 11 miles outside of Middlesbrough and 36 miles away from Keegan’s former club in Newcastle

DEAR DEIDRE: EVERYBODY in my student house is having sex with each other and I fear it’s going to lead to disaster.

I share digs with three girls and two other guys and I’ve had sex with two of the girls. Now I’ve learned they’ve been sleeping with the other guys too.

Please make sure you insist on protection if you’re having sex with anyone.

And get yourself checked out at a sexual health clinic. 

As a society we do expect men to be up for sex with anyone, at any time but this undermines the reality, that like women, many men want a real connection and often, relationship. 

It’s fine to say no to casual sex, if you know it’s not what you want. 

Talk to your friends and explain how you feel.

DEAR DEIDRE: EVEN though I love my boyfriend to death, I find it impossible to show him affection.

I can kiss him during sex but, afterwards, I go cold and can’t even hug him.

I’m 24 and he’s 25. We’ve been together for a year.

He is a very tactile, affectionate person. He showers me with hugs and kisses every day, but I find myself flinching and, try as I might, can’t do it back.

It’s now starting to become a problem in our relationship as he feels it must mean I don’t really care about him.

Take small steps. Hold his hand, stroke his arm, give him a quick peck on the cheek. Slowly build up to full hugs.

If you’re in control, it will feel less intrusive. 

The more you do this, the more comfortable and natural it will become.
