Cindy Beale faced with three lovers at once in shock EastEnders spoilers

EASTENDERS viewers will watch as Cindy Beale is facing not just one but three lovers as a former flame arrives in Albert Square.

EastEnders character Cindy Beale is already having a secret affair with Junior, behind Ian Beale’s back but now another lover could be on the scene.

Former flame David Wicks is arriving back in Watford, and there’s a lot of history coming back up between him, Cindy and Ian.

The love triangle between Ian, David and Cindy is longstanding, with Ian making no secret of the hatred he feels for David – who he blames for costing him his marriage.

David’s dangerous affair also nearly saw the end of Ian, as Cindy hired a hitman to kill him off and allow her to escape into the sunset with David.

With Cindy and Ian trying to celebrate their engagement party, having a former lover as well as a current flame present is bound to spell trouble.

David is going to make his presence felt, forcing Cindy to juggle many different situations.

The BBC soap has also shown the blossoming romance between Cindy and Junior, with the couple having an affair in recent months.

Yet it appears it’s not just lust but love for the pair, with Junior turning to his father George to confess he thinks he’s catching feelings for a mystery woman.

He doesn’t let his dad know that the woman in question is his former wife, instead keeping the mystery woman’s identity a secret.

Yet as Cindy formerly married to Junior’s father, some soap fans feel the relationship is twisted with others labelling it ‘disgusting’.

EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One

Italian dancer Vincent is convinced he’s spotted sparks flying between Pete and Jowita and he certainly knows what to look out out – having witnessed a number of romances flourishing between the celebrities and professional dancers on Strictly over the years.

The pro, who appeared on the BBC series from 2006 until 2012, has been keeping a close eye on the current series and delivered a telling verdict on their undeniable chemistry.

Speaking to 10bet, he said: “I think the two of them are just gorgeous and I felt, after watching them, ‘Hello!

“There’s something going on here’. I would love a bit of romance on the show!”

Pete and Jowita have been fuelling rumours of a romance and even fanned the flames as they appeared to kiss on Saturday night during a sizzling performance.

Even Strictly judges Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas noticed the pair’s undeniable chemistry, and both commented on it in their critiques.

Vincent admitted you can fall in love quite quickly on the dancefloor, adding: “Pasha Kovalev got married to Rachel Riley.

Gorka Marquez got married (to Gemma Atkinson). Flavia Cacace got married (to Jimi Mistry).

“They’re both absolutely gorgeous. If they’re both single and spending so much time together, then why not go for it?

“We’ve seen people from the show get married in the past.

“Maybe Pete and Jowita could follow in their footsteps?

“If you can fall in love while learning how to dance like a professional, there’s nothing better than that. I would love to see a good romance on the show this year.”

Last weekend, Pete ad Jowita were pictured in matching outfits talking a stroll through an Essex park.

They were walking Pete’s French bulldogs, and paused at one point for a hug.

Meanwhile, Pete and Maura have insisted they are just friends –

However, new photos of Maura and Pete emerged on Monday after they were pictured snogging in public in August.

The 5 cheap and easy beauty rules Angelina Jolie swears by to look so good at 49 – and one of them is totally free too

EDGING towards 50, Angelina Jolie has achieved a lot, her work with the United Nations being one of them.

For the mum-of-six, living a well-rounded life also includes looking after herself – and her skin, which looks better than ever at 49.

Scroll down to see how the mum-of-six has maintained her youthful glow at 49[/caption]

The Hollywood A-lister recently wowed fans as she posed on the red carpet in New York for a showing of her movie Maria at the Big Apple’s annual film festival.

The Oscar-winning star – who went Instagram official with her rumoured Brit rapper boyfriend Akala – was beaming as she smiled to the cameras wearing a stunning white gown and caramel-toned tresses.

For years, Angelina has been amongst our main crushes – but just how does she manage to look so effortlessly beautiful, defying age?

From a totally free tip to a £5 bargain buy from Superdrug, here we spill the beans on Angelina’s top five rules to maintain that youthful glow.

Skincare – start early

Don’t wait until your 30s and 40s to invest in skincare – and it’s best to keep things simple[/caption]

It’s easy to feel like your beauty bag needs every single product that’s just hit the high street or has gone viral on social media.

But Angelina is living proof that there’s no need to fork out thousands for a skincare routine – and if anything, it’s best to keep things simple.

The actress’ dermatologist, Dr. Rand, told Refinery29 that Angelina has ”always been such a natural beauty, so she didn’t ever have to do much. It was really just sunscreen, proper cleansing with a mild, gentle cleanser, antioxidants, sometimes glycolic acids and and natural products.

”She doesn’t need major scrubs or products with lots of chemicals.”

Unless she’s working or on the red carpet, the A-lister won’t cover her skin with foundation[/caption]

Meanwhile, when it comes to make-up and glamming up, Angelina, who announced her separation from Brad Pitt in 2016, likes to embrace her natural beauty.

Unless she’s working, her dermatologist said, the star won’t be covering her face with heavy foundation and piles of cakey concealer.

”It’s probably another reason her skin looks good.”

SPF protection

By now, we should all know that wearing sunscreen is key not only to preventing skin cancers – but also to slowing down the ageing process.

Dr. Rand said: ”She’s been so good about using sunscreen from such an early age to protect her skin. She knew that the sun is not good for skin in general – in terms of pigmentation process and that sort of thing.”

Whatever the budget, SPF protection is a must and beauty buffs can find affordable sunscreens at Superdrug for as little as £5.99.

Biggest beauty mistakes

Fabulous' Beauty Editor Tara Ledden has shared the do's and don'ts when it comes to beauty.

“No matter how much time and money you spend on your beauty routine, if you’re not getting the basics right, the rest is wasted.

“There aren’t many non-negotiables, but these are the biggest beauty mistakes sabotaging your regime.”

  • Not wearing SPF: Sun-damage is the main cause of premature skin ageing, so if you want to keep your skin looking plump and glowing, sun cream is vital.
  • Using expired products: Best case, they’re ineffective and don’t deliver the results they promise, worst case they cause irritation and infection. The shelf life of beauty products differ – for example, mascara is usually good for 3-6 months while lipstick can last for 9-18 months. Check the ‘POA’ symbol on the packaging (it looks like a jar and will have a number inside for how many months it’s safe once opened. If you can’t remember when you opened your product, throw it away and start again, marking the month and year with a permanent marker on the packaging.
  • Not knowing your undertones: If you’re using make-up with the wrong undertones, it’ll never look natural no matter how much you blend it! An easy trick to work out whether you have cool, warm or neutral undertones is to check the veins on your wrist – if they look blue, you have cool undertones, if they’re green, you have warm and if they’re a mix you have neutral.
  • Skipping heat protector: It might feel unnecessary, but much like sun damage on the skin, excess heat is the most common cause of hair damage. So, if you want shiny, healthy hair, or you’re trying to grow it longer, using a heat protection product is key.
  • Not washing your face before bed: it’s as simple as this, if you’re not washing your face before you go to sleep, everything that’s been on your skin during the day is sitting there for even longer, clogging your pores and drying out the surface. Any skincare applied on top isn’t going to be effective with a layer of dirt underneath, and you’re probably going to end up with dirty pillows too – yuck!

Not giving in to beauty standards

Although there’s pressure in the world of movies and TV, Angelina claimed she’s never had anything done[/caption]

With so much pressure from what feels like left, right and centre, it’s easy to give in to beauty standards and go under the knife to achieve that ”perfect look”.

“I haven’t had anything done and I don’t think I will,” Angelina told Daily Mail.

“But if it makes somebody happy then that’s up to them. I’m not in somebody else’s skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don’t plan to do it myself.”

Beauty starts on the inside

You can always be the most beautiful girl and woman in the world – but if you don’t have a strong mind, none of that matters, is how Angelina feels.

“I often tell my daughters that the most important thing they can do is to develop their minds,” she told the publication.

”There is nothing more attractive— you might even say enchanting —than a woman with an independent will and her own opinions.”

Is this the UK’s cheapest hotel? Rooms start from £18 a night, offer sea views and are ‘always fully booked’

A HOTEL in Blackpool – just off the famous promenade – is offering quite possibly the cheapest rooms in Britain.

MyRoomz Seaview Hotel is right on the beachfront, offering sea views, but charges from as little as £18 a night for two adults sharing a room.

The hotel is located near the promenade and the town’s famous theme park, Pleasure Beach[/caption]

A six-minute walk to the town’s legendary Pleasure Beach Resort, the rooms come with wifi and most offer en-suite bathrooms, as well as flat-screen TVs with satellite channels.

The 2-star hotel offers basic necessities and it has been the subject of a few unsavoury reviews online, but its manager argues that for that price they are offering great value for money.

And unlike many other hotels in the seaside town – they are fully booked all year round.

Mark Tenfold, general manager at MyRoomz Seaview Hotel, says that they’re able to keep their prices so low because they don’t offer breakfast.

He told Sun Travel: “Most of the rooms are en-suite apart from a few on the ground floor. We also have access for disabled guests, so we cater for lots of different people. And there are plenty of food options nearby.

“Guests come here for the location – we’re just off the promenade.

“There are 10 rooms in total, and we’re booked up all the time all year round.

“We get all sorts of people staying here. We have long term guests that are struggling to pay for flats, people looking for a budget break, and people coming for business.”

One of the best things the hotel offers, according to Mark, is its sea views.

While they’re not available from every room, he said: “There are hotels nearby that are £100 a night that don’t have the views we have.”

Mark added as general manager of the hotel he’s always around and ready to socialise with guests, unlike other hotels.

He said: “Just check out our reviews on Booking.com – they’re all good, just a couple of bad ones on there from people trying to get their money back.”

The reviews are a mixed bag online, but the hotel does come in for high praise from a number of happy guests.

One said: “It was a really nice stay here at the sea view hotel, I can’t thank Mark enough – very friendly and helpful with excellent knowledge of the area.”

Another added: “Stayed from Friday to Monday – staff very helpful and sociable. Room was just right, clean and tidy. Will definitely be going back.”

A third said: “What a bargain, you won’t get anywhere cheaper than £20 a night! Some of the reviews would make you think they paid a lot more, don’t know why people have such high expectations – it was a great stay with lovely staff.”

But some of the other reviews were less than complimentary about their accommodation, with one person saying: “In the top floor room, you had to duck to enter the room, it was okay just to get your head down for 1 night.”

Another said: “Comfy bed, sink in the bedroom, recently decorated (although poorly) but had a great sleep. I could pick it apart on cleanliness but that wasn’t my aim. I always check under bed to make sure I haven’t left anything and found other people’s pants.”

There is no denying how close the hotel is to a number of hugely popular attractions though, in addition to Blackpool Pleasure Resort.

Sandcastle Waterpark is the UK’s largest indoor water park, with more than 18 slides, and it’s just a four minute walk away.

And Coral Island, a family-friendly indoor fun park with pirate-themed games and rides, plus a casino with slots and tables, is less than half an hour away.

When it comes to places to eat, Catch Fish and Chips is just next door.

Just a five minute walk away is Jade Delight, which offers a variety of Chinese delicacies.

Travel writer Catherine Lofthouse travelled to Blackpool with her family recently and said that the town is still a great spot for a weekend break with kids.

She said: “Whether you love a back-to-basics bucket-and-spade beach break, want a thrill a minute at one of the UK’s oldest theme parks or fancy a night on the tiles, there’s everything you need at Blackpool.”

Free attractions in Blackpool

Stroll along the Prom – there’s plenty to see and do, from taking a selfie outside the Blackpool Tower to checking out the three piers where entry is free.

Visit Stanley Park – the 390-acre park is open from 9 am daily with free admission and the park’s many activities start at only £1.

Marvel at the Blackpool Illuminations – the famous lights show costs £2.4 million to stage, the equipment is worth £10 million, and they attract in excess of 3.5 million visitors to the town every year. Check online to find out display times each year.
