The pair are no longer following each other on social media and Ross appears to have already moved on.

Ross, who is the show’s first deaf groom,  has declared his love for another woman on his Facebook account, and has shared a series of loved up posts with her.

The woman has told him she loves him back and when he told her ‘you’re the best’, she replied: “You’re welcome, you can keep me forever.”

Ross has even added the woman’s initial to his Instagram account bio and she has repaid the favour.

The pair are thought to have been dating since as far back as June – suggesting his romance with Sacha was short lived.

The E4 programme was filmed last year and the couples are expected to keep the outcome of their journey under wraps until the series comes to an end.

Painter and decorator Ross won over viewers almost straight away and fans have loved watching his relationship with Sacha.

The aesthetics practitioner was initially nervous to share a bedroom with Ross because she has been celibate for two years, but he made her feel at ease.

Those watching at home are desperate for them to work out, with one person commenting on a recent post of his: “Hope you’re both still together , such a gentleman.”

Another said: “Really prey use to are still together you make the perfect couple, you are the sweetest.”

While some else commented:  “You 2 are still together you are the best match this year.”

The 5 secrets Sydney Sweeney swears by to be ‘the sexiest woman alive’ – including a £2 bargain you can find in Lidl

SHE’S been blessed with jaw-dropping looks and is beyond talented – so it comes as no surprise that Sydney Sweeney is the hottest name on everyone’s lips.

The 27-year-old Euphoria star has been hailed ”the sexiest woman in the world” and recently made fans go wild after stripping naked in a bath.

The American actress left little to the imagination as she covered her modesty with bubbles to promote Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash for an advert.

Sydney said: “Hello, you dirty little boys. Are you interested in my body… wash.

“Well you can’t have it… because it isn’t for boys. It’s for men.”

The blonde beauty shared the clip to her 22million followers on Instagram with the caption: “For my dirty little boys out there, upgrade to Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash.

“For men who prefer natural.”

And the internet went wild, with one writing: “Sales went through the stratosphere today.”

“This might be the greatest marketing team I have ever seen,” a second said.

But just how does Sydney – who’s even inspired others to undergo a makeover – achieve her enviable figure?

Here we take a look at her tips to stay in top shape – and turns out, there’s no need to ditch sugar.

£2 supermarket bargain

Although she loves her morning berries, the actress won’t say no to a sugary treat[/caption]

For breakfast, the blonde stunner will opt for berries (£2 in the frozen section in Lidl) – although this sometimes changes, depending on her cravings.

Another go-to when she wants something more filling is a current favourite – a croissant toast that Sydney eats with cinnamon sugar and honey butter, she told Bustle.

No sugary drinks

But although she won’t refuse a sugary snack, the 27-year-old avoids sweet drinks

Whilst the 27-year-old, who recently received an IMDB’s fan favourite award, is pretty relaxed with sugary breakfasts, she is pretty strict when it comes to drinks.

“I only drink water. I have never even tried coffee,” she said.

“For whatever reason, when I was like 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water.”

Keeping fit her dog

To keep fit, the Euphoria star likes to take her four-legged pal out for walks every day[/caption]

On the exercise front, meanwhile, the foodie revealed she doesn’t always go intense – and sometimes a long walk with her pooch is more than enough.

On average, Sydney revealed, she will take her furry pal, Tank, out for a two-mile walk in the morning and then later at night – and if she’s feeling extra motivated, the fitness lover will run the distance.

Pilates mum

Over the last few years, pilates has become all the rage in the world of fitness and exercise – and Sydney is not the one to sleep on the trend.

A recent snap the star shared on Instagram was taken in the popular pilates studio Solidcore, which describes its classes as, “a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer”.

”With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change.

”Our core workout utilises slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles (to failure) so they build back stronger.”

“It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” Sydney told Women’s Health.

Swimming & water sports

Growing up on the water, Sydney can always be seen running around in a bikini[/caption]

Turning leisure into a workout that’s good for both your physical and mental health – what a win, and that’s exactly what the actress does when hitting the ocean.

“I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf,” she told ELLE.

Huge change to parking rules hits THIS WEEK & it’ll rinse drivers out of £1,000s – everything to know to tackle fines

THIS week a new parking code has been lunched to make it ‘fairer’ for drivers.

About time, I hear you fume – but things aren’t all they appear.

a parking attendant is holding a penalty charge notice
Quentin Willson has warned drivers over new parking rules coming into force this week

The new catchily named ‘Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice’ is the parking industry’s own code and appeals process and not the government’s.

Drivers will get a ten-minute grace period, a £100 cap on tickets and a new Appeals Charter.

But this is a code written by the parking industry and adjudicated by the parking industry.

Efforts by MPs to give drivers more protection – notably Sir Greg Knight’s Private Parking (Regulator) Bill, which gained Royal Assent in 2019 – were legally challenged by the parking industry.

Because of those challenges Sir Greg Knight’s tougher code didn’t make the cut.

The RAC said: “We’re flabbergasted that the British Parking Association and International Parking Community have suddenly introduced their own ‘Private Parking Code’ after doing all they can over the last five years to prevent the official Government Code, created by an Act of Parliament coming into force”.

I’m flabbergasted too.

Because parking in Britain is out of control with drivers being hit with 30,000 fines every day.

Last year councils made a profit of £923 million with revenues hitting £1.84 billion.

Four of Britain’s largest airports made £570 million.

On private land, 11 million parking fines were handed out by operators in 2023 – the highest number ever recorded.

Parking in Britain today has nothing to do with traffic flows or safer roads and is all about cold, hard cash.

Matey parking company websites use phrases like ‘unlock revenue streams’, ‘increase revenue’ and ‘increase turnover’.

One has published a ‘Maximizing Parking Revenue Guide.’

The IPC says that ‘Demand over the years has created the need for more enforcement where parking is not allowed, such as residential streets, loading bays and in and around places like airports.’

Nobody disagrees with that – but it’s the industry’s zeal, commercialism, pursuit of profit and complication for consumers that’s the issue.

Challenging a ticket is as easy as picking up spilt mercury with your bare hands. Most of us just pay up.

Understanding the county-wide differing signage, wording, terms and conditions is like learning three languages.

But get it wrong – or can’t afford to pay – and you could face bailiffs who could trash your credit rating and seize your possessions.

Quentin's top tips to fight fines

By Quentin Willson

Parking companies and enforcement officers do make mistakes.

And some are simply over-zealous.

Protecting yourself from a misapplied PCN can save lots of tears, and money, later.

Here are some simple steps to guard against a parking
nightmare:

  1. Download parking apps like RingGo. They’re simple, quick to use and don’t need coins.
  2. Always check that you’re parked within the borders of the white or yellow lines.
  3. Check timings on signs. Double yellows mean no parking, but single yellows can have different timings depending on location.
  4. Don’t assume you’re familiar with timings as they can vary.
  5. Set a timer on your ‘phone for when you need to leave. Some apps provide a timing countdown for you.
  6. Take pictures of any signage, how your car is positioned and how close it is to yellow lines or space markings.
  7. Keep any payment tickets and note the time you parked and when you left.
  8. If you need to display a ticket in your car, make sure it’s clear to see and the right way round.
  9. If you need to input your registration number, make sure its correct and don’t get numbers or digits wrong.
  10. If you get a PCN that you think is unfair, appeal straight away. That way you’ll still be entitled to the 50% discount if you have to pay up.
  11. Make copies of any appeal letters, evidence or witness statements. Include any mitigating circumstances like illness or breakdowns.
  12. Don’t leave an appeal or payment for long. Costs can spiral into the hundreds and could affect your credit rating or worse

But as well damaging the mental health and credit ratings of British drivers, over-zealous parking enforcement is threatening our high streets and becoming a drag on growth.

Billions that could be spent in struggling local shops is being funnelled into parking company and council coffers.

Business and retail bosses claim parking enforcement is forcing shoppers away from high streets and into retail parks where parking is free.

That a billion-pound industry has such little official oversight, and governance is something that should worry us all, not least the new government.

I want to see Sir Greg Knight’s parking bill finally put into action.

The RAC also wants a much tougher code. Simon Williams, Head of Policy told me: “The RAC wants lower PCN charges that are proportionate to the offence.

“£100 cap for a simple parking transgression is far too much.”

We need sanctions with teeth so operators who break the rules are legally prevented from issuing any further parking tickets.

And a genuinely independent government appeals process along with a cap on debt recovery fees.’

I absolutely and wholeheartedly agree.

It’s high time we caged Britain’s out-of-control parking monster and for the Government to make parking our cars and vans fairer, easier and less complicated for all.

Neil Patrick Harris reveals his real penis was in hit film Gone Girl – but blink and you’ll miss it

HOW I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris has revealed that his real penis is visible in the hit film Gone Girl – but only for a second.

Viewers will no doubt remember the moment Ben Affleck bears it all in the movie – but turns out Neil actually did it first.

Their relationship takes a turn for worse when Amy then frames Desi for her kidnapping though[/caption]

In Gone Girl, Neil, 51, plays Desi Collings, the former lover and friend of Amy (Rosamund Pike). She turns to him for support after going on the run in order to frame her husband for her murder.

The twisted psychological thriller throws a lot at the audience, so nudity is the least of it, but Neil still gets his moment in the spotlight.

When asked whether his penis is visible at all in the film by the Daily Beast, Neil confirmed that viewers can in fact see it, but only for a second.

Often actors use prosthetics when they are required to do nude scenes to protect their modesty. However, like Barry Keoghan in Saltburn, he opted to go au natural.

The blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment comes close to the end of the film during an intimate but gory scene with Amy.

Speaking about his nudity, Neil added: “Had I been able to film my scene in a nice steamy, warm shower, perhaps there would’ve been more to talk about.

“But in my particular circumstance, there was a lot of blood flowing…elsewhere.”

If you’ve seen Gone Girl, you’ll know the blood sex scene Harris is referring to.

After manipulating Desi into believing she is in danger, Amy seduces him before brutally slashing his throat with a hidden scalpel.

She kills him instantly and Desi’s blood pours out of his neck after he collapses on the bed. Amy stages the murder to make it look like self-defence, to fit her kidnap victim narrative.

Speaking about the scene, Neil admitted that it took a lot of technical work to make it so incredibly gory and yet quiet and eerie.

“David [Fincher, director] imagined that with a sharp knife, getting your throat slit, you wouldn’t feel any pain.

“So, he would make me show him what it would look like. Because it was also mid-orgasm, so it was ‘I’m about to, I’m about to, uh-uh-uh-uh’ [mimicking sex] and then it was this very gruesome, intentionally gruesome feeling of like calm, of confusion.

“Of, what’s, why’s everything warm? Op, why’s it red? And then, what?

Neil Patrick Harris' career to date

Neil Patrick is a household name best known for playing the title character on Doogie Howser M.D. and Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, but what are some of his other career highlights?

Former child star Neil Patrick Harris shot to fame in the late 1980s playing medical prodigy Doogie Howser.

In 1997, Neil launched his professional theatre career. His first role was in the musical Rent. He then later when on to play the creator of Rent Jonathan Larson in the musical of his life, Tick, Tick… BOOM! in London.

After than he enjoyed a busy TV and film career that included appearances in popular 90s and 00s shows like Blossom, Will & Grace – before taking on another iconic TV role.

How I Met Your Mother short Neil into stardom once more as he was introduced to a whole new generation of young viewers. His character Barney is widely believed to have the best character actor on the show, despite it revolving more around Ted’s (Josh Radnor) love life.

Neil’s 2010 Glee cameo was also a standout moment for the teen drama series. Neil appeared as Bryan Ryan in the episode Dream On.

After starring as Desi in Gone Girl and blind tutor Will in the movie Beastly, Neil took on a number of presenting jobs, notably hosting of annual Prime Time Emmy Award and Tony Award events, along with the 2015 Oscars.

From 2015 to 2017, Neil took the lead in another series. He played Count Olaf in Netflix‘s A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Neil also donned a very similar look as he guest starred in the BBC‘s Doctor Who 60th anniversary special.

He then made his return to the How I Met Your Mother universe, reprising his role as Barney in two episodes of Hilary Duff’s spin-off How I Met Your Father.

And in 2024, Neil returned to the world of Jonathan Larson, this time directing the stage revival of Tick, Tick… BOOM!

“And then you start blacking out because all of the blood that’s going to your brain is now going out your neck.”

The psychological thriller Gone Girl was released in 2014 and is based on Gillian Flynn’s novel of the same name.

Ben Affleck stars as Nick Dunne, a husband who becomes the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Amy.

Amy goes missing on their fifth wedding anniversary and everyone thinks Nick had something to do with it.

When her diary entries are revealed, it makes things look even worse for Nick, after she opened up about her turbulent marriage and how Nick cheated on her.

However, the investigation takes a dark turn after it turns out that Amy faked her disappearance to frame Nick for her “murder,” as revenge.

Terence Crawford in U-turn over Conor McGregor clash with boxer ‘tempted’ after UFC star reveals HUGE fight purse

TERENCE CRAWFORD has admitted he is tempted by Conor McGregor’s two-fight deal – after seeing the money that is on offer.

McGregor revealed a package was on the table for a never-before-seen doubler header in boxing and MMA with Crawford.

But the former undisputed world boxing champion initially said no amount of money could convince him to get kicked or elbowed.

That was until McGregor posted online: “Big respect to @tbudcrawford!

“$100million dollars a fight, 1 mma, 1 boxing. $200million dollars!”

To which Crawford responded: “Tempted.”

McGregor put his UFC career on hold in 2017 to face ring great Floyd Mayweather in a crossover clash worth huge sums.

While Crawford wrestled in his youth but went on to become one of the greatest boxers of his era.

McGregor said during a Duelbits livestream: “Crawford is very slick, he also has a wrestling background pedigree.

“You know they’re always talking to me about bouts. I’ve already boxed a boxer, and the best boxer in MMA is me.

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO WELCOME OFFERS

“You know what I mean? I generate the most. We were talking back and forth about a two-fight deal.”

In Crawford’s last fight he beat Israil Madrimov to win the WBA super-welterweight world title.

It was also his first with Saudi boxing supremo Turki Alalshikh’s Riyadh Season – who recently partnered with the UFC.

And McGregor, 36, was the first to reveal that Crawford, 37, was approached for the two-fight deal – before declining.

He said: “I get on the phone and say ‘Crawford, they’re here talking about you and me. Two-fight deal, MMA first, boxing second.

“I know you have an extensive wrestling background, and balls the size of a Bengal tiger.

“They’re asking for a fight, it’ll be hundreds of millions on the line. ‘What’s up?’, I said.

“And then he goes, ‘I don’t fancy taking a kick off Conor McGregor’, that’s what he said. You have to respect that.”

McGregor has been out of action since July 2021 when he broke his leg before being ruled out of his return bout in June.

The Irishman was forced to pull out of facing Michael Chandler due to a toe injury.

a poster showing the stats of conor mcgregor and terence crawford

Chandler, 38, has since signed to rematch Charles Oliveira, 34, on November 16 to leave McGregor’s next fight in doubt.

Crawford meanwhile is a four-division champion and considered one of the best boxers on the planet.

He is currently eyeing a super-fight against Mexican icon Canelo Alvarez, 34, despite rumours of pondering retirement.

And he joked a switch to MMA to fight McGregor is not something he takes lightly.

Crawford said to Bernie the Boxer: “I told Conor, ‘Hell no’.

“They called me and they offered me the fight and me and Conor got on the phone and started trying to figure something out.

“And I told him, ‘Man I ain’t getting into no octagon with you so you can be kicking me and elbow me and s***’.

“He started laughing and s*** and he said ‘Man, I respect it. You respect my sport just like I respect your sport and you understand that if you get in an octagon you’re going to be at a disadvantage.

“‘Just like if I get into the boxing ring with you, I’m going to be at a disadvantage’. But he was like, ‘We will make a s*** ton of money’.

“I said, ‘Yeah, sometimes it ain’t about the money, I can make money but you ain’t about to be kicking me, dude’. Kicks and elbows man that s*** ain’t no joke.”
