A self-styled CEO of ‘A List Smiles,’ Brandon Dillard has been charged with practising dentistry and installing veneers without a license.
The Georgia authorities have shut down the illegal dental practice owned and run by Brandon Dillard.
Brandon Dillard has been practising dentistry and performing veneer installation without a valid license from Jan. 8, 2021, to Sept. 23, 2024.
Assistant Chief Investigator for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Michael Hill II, stated this in a criminal complaint that was obtained by a prominent media outlet.
Dillard had a prolific social media presence and used his business Instagram page, @alistbrandon, to market himself and advertise his services.
Sharing pictures and videos of him performing dentistry procedures, including veneer installations, to his 158,000 followers, Brandon boasted about his achievements.
The complaint also alleged that Brandon would advertise raffle contests for the $5,500 veneer procedures to woo more customers.
The complaint further alleged that Dillard would also advertise “veneer training” courses offered by him in his posts and would charge $6,000 to train other non-licensed individuals to practice dentistry in Georgia.
The DA’s office has reached out to both patients treated by Brandon and those trained by him to perform veneer installation procedures.
Currently, they will be considered as victims, but if they continue practising without a license, they could face criminal charges.
Dillard also posted on his additional social media accounts, including TikTok, where he shares similar videos of him performing veneer installations.
As already mentioned, Dillard did not have a valid license from the Georgia Board of Dentistry to practice dentistry in Georgia.

Dillard is under detention in the Fulton County Jail. He has been slapped with eight charges, which include:
- Four charges of felony practising dentistry without a license
- Two charges of theft by deception
- One charge of criminal solicitation to commit a felony
- One charge of violation of the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act,

“Brandon Dillard is not a dentist. He’s never been a dentist. And as much as he may want to play one on Instagram, he is not one.”
