Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair growth, and you can pick it up from Boots for as little as £6.

To use it, dilute the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, and then massage it into the scalp.

Leave the oil in for a few hours, and then wash it off in the shower.

“It worked miracles”, said Rebecca, showing off her glossy new locks.

Some people use rosemary oil daily, whilst others have found that using it a few times a week is better.

You can start with a small amount, and increase the usage as tolerated.

Hair loss tips

We can lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day, according to the NHS.

It is not usually something to worry about, but occasional it can be a sign of a medical concern.

These include illness, stress, cancer treatment, weight loss and iron deficiency.

The NHS advises to book an appointment with your GP to see if you can get to the cause of it.

Experts at American Academy of Dermatology Association also recommend to eat healthy, limit curling irons and only use them for special occasions.

They also recommend using a gentle shampoo, and make use of leave-in conditioners.

A second person said: “I will try this.

“My is receding like yours was, it’s really bothering me.”

A third person said: “This is incredible.

“Having thinning hair is awful.”

A fourth person added: “Wow, amazing, you look like a different woman.”

Brit, 29, ‘kills pal, 58, with fatal punch which smashed his head into pavement’ in drunken row outside Pattaya hotel

The pair sparked panic as they came to blows in the street on September 27 as terrified locals watched.

The Brit reportedly threw a punch that caused the Aussie to smash his head on the pavement.

Medics were called to the scene at around 4:30am, where they found the Australian man on the ground with no pulse.

They performed CPR and rushed him to the Pattaya Memorial Hospital, but they said he could not be revived.

Police Major Tanongsak Inphadung of the Pattaya City Police Station confirmed the Aussie’s tragic death and identified his Brit pal as the suspect.

He said: “The suspect still denies the charges, but he cannot contest us because we have complete evidence.

“We have security camera footage from the restaurant and four witnesses who drank together with them.

“Tomorrow, we will request the court to detain him at Pattaya Remand Prison. He refused to say anything, even though we had an interpreter, and he will get a lawyer to defend the lawsuit.

“The suspect was drunk at the time. We need to wait for the autopsy results to see if the deceased was also drunk, but he was seen drinking for hours before the incident.”

The cause of death is still pending and the reason for their fight has not been clarified by officials.

Teen left ‘with her nipple rotting off’ after £8k ‘botched’ KK boob job – and was blamed for ‘not washing her hands’

A WOMAN claims her nipple rotted off after a “botched” £8,000 boob reduction.

Paige Harvey went under the knife at a private clinic in a bid to rid herself of back pain and agonising skin tears caused by her “ridiculous” size KK breasts.

The then-18-year-old wanted to go from a KK-cup to a D-cup[/caption]

She also hoped the surgery would help her comfortably pursue her dream of becoming a paramedic.

The then-18-year-old took out a loan to fund the procedure to take her to a D-cup in October 2021.

Paige, now 21, alleges that she was turfed out of the clinic just two hours later while “still high as a kite”.

Halfway home, Paige claims her horrified mum burst into tears as the wounds split open and left her “sitting in a pool of her own blood”.

Over the following year, she then reportedly took more than 30 courses of antibiotics to shift subsequent infections.

Horrifying photos show how these ravaged her chest area, leaving her weeping and bloody with lumps and uneven scars.

Paige says she later developed a golf ball-sized lump that doctors said was fat necrosis – death of fat tissue due to injury and loss of blood supply.

Three years on from her surgery, Paige claims she is still suffering from swelling in her armpits, which she believes is linked to the operation.

She is urging anyone considering a breast reduction to thoroughly research their surgeon and to do their best to get it done on the NHS so it can help if things go wrong.

Paige, from Eyemouth, Berwickshire, said: “I had a breast reduction when I was 18 because I had KK breasts.

“I would have to wear a size 14 to 16 top even though I was a size 8. I was quite little, but I had this massive chest.

“I wanted to go to uni to be a paramedic so that was the plan – to get the surgery done so it would be easier to do that.

“A single bra would cost no less than £60 because I had to get them all made because I had a 30in back but my chest was absolutely massive. I looked ridiculous.

“They were heavy, my back was killing and my skin would tear underneath [them]. It was just painful.

“It always attracted the wrong sort of attention. Going on a night out I didn’t want to be wearing granny jumpers, I just wanted a nice top on like my friends, but there were always comments.”

Desperate to get the op done as soon as possible, Paige opted to go private on October 7, 2021.

Half my nipple was gone because the infection was eating my whole boobs away

Paige Harvey

“I was excited,” she said. “I wouldn’t even say I was nervous, I was just so ready for it.

“Roughly two hours after surgery I was discharged. They phoned my mum to come and get me, I was high as a kite.

“I first realised something was wrong halfway home from the clinic.

“My mum started crying. I asked her what was wrong [then I looked down] and I was in a pile of my own blood. There was blood leaking through my clothes.

“She called them [the clinic] and they said, ‘That’s fine go home’.”

After a follow-up appointment a week later, where staff are said to have changed the bandages and told her “everything was fine”, Paige began to feel poorly.

When her mum and partner checked her breasts they said they were weeping and bruised so she was prescribed antibiotics to tackle a suspected infection.

This then spread to both boobs and began “eating away” at her tissue and nipple.

“At first I was reassured that this was totally normal but the infection list is virtually endless. I was getting more and more ill every other week,” Paige said.

“I was running a temperature, sleeping 16 hours a day and at one point the doctors thought I was on the verge of going septic.

“My whole chest was yellow, black and blue from all the bruising and the underneath was quite red.

“Half my nipple was gone because the infection was eating my whole boobs away.”

She reportedly went back to the clinic “at least twice a month” but her “concerns weren’t taken seriously at all”.

“They just kept telling me I was fine and one of the times I started crying and the nurse said, ‘I think you’re just feeling a bit sorry for yourself’,” Paige added.

“I went back again [because of the infection] and was asked, ‘Do you even wash your hands?’, suggesting it was my fault that I was getting an infection.”

Botched surgery crisis

By Ryan Merrifield, News Reporter

BRITAIN is facing a botched surgery crisis, The Sun can reveal.

In the past few years, at least 28 Brits have died abroad after complications from Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs) alone.

But there are plenty more who have undergone the procedure in Britain with disastrous consequences.

Plastic surgery campaign group Save Face said in a report that 479 patients have complained to them about botched BBLs and hip dips – all undertaken by non-healthcare cowboy practitioners – since 2022.

Reported complications included infection, sepsis, abscesses, necrosis, cellulitis, migration and nodules.

A total of 98 percent of complainants were then treated by NHS services.

Mum-of-five Alice Webb, 33, was having a BBL at a studio in Gloucester earlier this month when it is said to have “gone wrong”.

She died a short time later.

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

Save Face director Ashton Collins said: “

Ashton Collins told The Sun: “We launched a campaign in December 2023 calling upon the government to take urgent action to ban these procedures.

“We made it absolutely clear that without urgent intervention someone would die.

“It makes me incredibly sad and angry that our fear has been confirmed and a family has been shattered.

“Liquid BBL procedures are a crisis waiting to happen. They are advertised on social media as ‘risk-free’, ‘cheaper’ alternatives to the surgical counterpart and that could not be further from the truth.”

Paige diligently took her medication and got her granny, a nurse, to change her bandages while she was signed off sick from work.

“I had to move in with her because I couldn’t look at it myself so she did it for me,” she said.

“I had more than 30 boxes of antibiotics over a year.”

Six months later, Paige discovered a hard lump in her left breast, about the size of a golf ball.

She was referred to Borders General Hospital in Melrose, Scotland, where doctors discovered she had fat necrosis.

“My boob had basically died,” Paige said.

‘DISGUSTING’

In September 2024, her breasts have finally healed – but you can still see a grape-sized lump in her armpit through her clothes, she added.

Paige also allegedly continues to suffer with lumpy scars and swelling, and has to have regular hospital appointments.

“I’ve got no feeling left in my chest and lumps everywhere. They’ve butchered me,” she said.

“I paid £8,00 to go to a D-cup and I’m an H-cup, so really it was a waste of money and I believe I need another breast reduction.

“I think the clinic has been disgusting; I would never treat anyone the way I was treated.

“I was so ill and the whole time I was insulted – told I was feeling sorry for myself and accused of not washing my hands.”

Hoping to prevent others from experiencing a similar ordeal, Paige added: “My advice to anyone looking to get a reduction is: really do your research.

“If you can get it on the NHS, do that, because you know you’ll be looked after.

“Companies just want the money, that’s it.”
