I came across this gem on Amazon’s best-selling TVs list, which is the go-to spot for anyone looking to upgrade their entertainment setup.
It’s a hot favourite, ranking in the top 10 on the list.
That’s hardly a surprise, given the Hisense 50-inch 4K Smart TV is now just £299.99, thanks to a massive 40% discount.
This fantastic deal is part of Amazon’s Prime Day, which kicked off yesterday and runs until midnight tonight, October 9th.
The only catch? This deal is exclusive to Prime members, so you’ll need a subscription to snag it.
But don’t fret if you’re not a member, you can grab a 30-day free trial and cash in before it’s gone.
Also among the best-sellers list is the 43-inch Amazon Fire TV 4-series, which I noticed on sale during the early wave of deals.
Right now, it’s sitting just ahead of the Hisense, but both its respective 43-inch and 50-inch models are matched in price in the sale.
Both TVs come with 4K Ultra HD displays, but the Hisense takes it a step further with different modes tailored for specific viewing needs.
It boasts an AI Sports Mode, Game Mode Plus, and Dolby Vision, I can’t promise how well these modes perform, but they’re a nice addition.
That said, you’ll still enjoy a fantastic display with the Fire 4-series.
You’ll get built-in Alexa on both too, which is pretty much a given with Amazon’s Fire lineup.

It’s a steal for just £139.99 and I’ve owned the 2-series for the past two years, and I can honestly say it’s worth every penny at that price.
