Los Angeles sports are doing great this season, but fans could suffer because of it.
With so much interest in the upcoming games, hundreds of thousands of fans will be crossing paths on their way to different stadiums.
Six different venues all within the limits of Los Angeles will be hosting big time events.
Starting on the southwest side of LA, the Intuit Dome is holding a concert.
David Gilmour will be performing in front of 17,925 fans at the newly constructed arena for the Los Angeles Clippers.
Right next to the Intuit Dome is Sofi Stadium, where the East LA Classic high school football game is being hosted.
That highly-anticipated matchup is being played in a stadium that holds 70,000 fans.
There is another high school matchup between Bosco and Mater Dei, which is being hosted at Mater Dei’s 9,000-person stadium.
Moving north in the city, USC is hosting Rutgers for a nighttime college football matchup at the LA Coliseum.
USC almost always sells out there arena that can fit 77,500 fans at a time.
Right down the road from the Coliseum is Crypto.com Arena, the home of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Around 20,000 fans will be packed into that arena to watch the Lakers face off against the Phoenix Sun.
Moving up into the hills, the Los Angeles Dodgers are hosting Game 1 of the World Series against the New York Yankees.
That is likely the largest matchup of the night, and 56,000 fans will be crammed in to watch the two teams face off.
With all of those stadiums full of people, around 250,000 could be making their way to stadiums to take in the night’s events.

Los Angeles has a population of around 3.8 million people, which means almost seven percent of the cities population will be travelling to some kind of event on Friday night.
Fans are expecting massive amounts of traffic, and shared their thoughts on social media.
“I recommend you leave now @9:45 am and stay overnight. Go home tomorrow,” one fan said.
“Oh boy traffic is going to be brutal,” another fan said.
“Traffic is going to be a section of Hell,” a third fan said.
