Recently announced as a special sale, presumably targeting collectors and enthusiasts, the four-car collection includes a Vanquish Zagato in Volante, Shooting Brake, and Speedster forms, alongside the even rarer DBS GT Zagato.

All four are not considered your average Aston, with the Vanquish Zagato Volante and Shooting Brake each just one of 99 units produced.

Only 28 examples of the Speedster exist, but the rarest of the lot is the DBS GT Zagato, with only 19 ever produced.

Said to be based on the second-gen Vanquish S, these Zagato models feature an almost total redesign with new light signatures at the front, a grille and a splitter, and different five-spoke alloys with chunkier wheel arches.

Under the bonnet, they each boast a 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 – the same as the original car, which is capable of 592bhp.

That translates to 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds and a top speed of over 200mph.

The DBS GT is extra special, built to commemorate Zagato’s 100th anniversary and based on the DBS Superleggera.

It matches much of the styling used on the earlier Vanquish, with the front gaining a thick, scaled grille alongside aggressive headlights and a scooped bonnet.

With the Superleggera’s 5.2-litre V12 engine increased to 760bhp, the motor is capable of a 0-62mph time of 3.4 seconds.

The cars are to be sold by Aston Martin Works, with the price for the haul not listed.

Zagato, who are based in Milan, Italy, are championed for their innovative, lightweight, and sleek designs, with a successful history of racing.

Aston isn’t the only major car brand they’ve collaborated with, as other well-known marques have included Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, BMW, and Bentley.

This comes as a 200mph Aston Martin that received glowing reviews on Top Gear hit the auction blocks this week.

The stunning sportster beat out a Ferrari 575 Maranello in a head-to-head on the show and could now be yours.

Also, a rare James Bond-inspired Aston with diamond wheels, a gold-plated interior, and a V8 engine has been unveiled.

Fans of the iconic spy movie will have to spend a staggering £300,000 to own the special Goldfinger edition of the DB12.
